When I asked about getting to the old town area, they didn’t just point me toward the tourist traps – they mentioned this little wine bar near the cathedral that locals actually go to, and suggested the best time to visit the botanical garden when the tour groups aren’t swarming around.   There are some good restaurants nearby, and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away.
  
  What could be improved: The view was partly of the sea and partly of workers constructing a new building. It was not a front-line sea view; the balcony faced the side.
  The refrigerator in the room was not working. After spending some time proving this to the host (they sent a few people to check), I was given a new refrigerator, which I had to unpack and install myself.
  The elevator was extremely busy during checkout time, and we literally spent half an hour waiting for it.

  There is a big bed and there's air conditioning but at what cost? This was the worst accommodation we stayed in, in all of Georgia.

  – There is no cloth, sponge or detergent to clean dishes or wipe any surfaces, might as well not have a kitchen
  – The elevators sometimes take 20mins to arrive, it's no joke and people will inconsiderately push in
  – The kitchen is NOT well stocked
  – We were given one toilet roll for 4 nights stay and when we asked for more they said we have to pay for house keeping?
  – It's far from the historical part of town and a 45min walk to the area

  Even though the message you receive before the check in says that you can select the room and the building, in reality you can't. However, we got a room in a new building D2, it indeed looked fresh inside and around the reception area.
  
  What could be improved: I didn't like it at all. When we arrived at 3pm the room was not ready even though the check in time was at 1 pm. After the cleaning the room was still dirty, it was very uncomfortable to touch something, the toilet was dirty. The room doesn't have anything even slightly extra, for example, it has a kitchen, but really nothing you could wash dishes with or nothing to clean the table. The bed linen was super cheap and synthetic. I asked for a second duvet cover (it was used instead of the blanket) and they just ignored my message. The room that we had didn't really have the sea view, as it was too far away from the sea, on the opposite side of the building.
