The check-in was smooth (they actually remembered I was arriving late from a delayed flight from Tbilisi), and the cleaning staff somehow manages to keep everything spotless without being intrusive. The location is pretty brilliant actually – you’re close enough to the Boulevard and the beach that you can walk there in about eight minutes, but far enough from the main tourist madness that you can actually sleep at night. I stayed during summer when Batumi gets absolutely packed, and while you could hear some street activity, it wasn’t the non-stop party noise you get closer to the casinos and clubs. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, which honestly isn’t something you can take for granted in this part of the city where some places look great online but fall apart when you actually show up.

The apartments themselves are spacious and modern – clean lines, good lighting, and those windows that actually open properly for when you want fresh Black Sea air instead of AC. The Wi-Fi was reliable (important when you’re trying to navigate Georgian bureaucracy or just stay connected), and I never had issues with hot water, which sounds basic but trust me, it matters. The 7.5 rating seems about right; it’s definitely a solid choice that delivers on what it promises, though it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches. What it does well is give you a comfortable, functional base in Batumi without the stuffiness of a traditional hotel or the uncertainty of a random apartment rental. If you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights and want some independence while still having backup if things go wrong, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  What could be improved: It's located in Orbi City Hotel, blok C, which is very crawded. Sometimes we had to wait >10min for elevator, especially if you are with baby troylers, it's impossible to fit in elevators due to crawed.
  
  This is a private apartment in Orbi City, which means you don't have daily room cleaning service, which is also annoying. We did ask for crip, but we were told to use sofa and no bed clothes provided. Sofa was broken, not possible to sleep on it. No hair dryer was available in the apartment. Cleannes of Bathroom was not the best, and some cracks on the wall.
  
  Last day, i asked for possiblity of keeping my baggages there for a few hours, owner asked me 170 GEL, but later i found out hotel reception in the same building can store it for 10 GEL only.

  What could be improved: they scammed me, let me in early in the morning as a “gift” but later on requested me to leave one day earlier, saying that if i check in early in the morning it counts as one day so i have to heave one day earlier now. then made me pay another 50€ for staying.
  i want to note that i wasn’t asking for early check in, the guy that greeted me said that they are gifting 7 hours to me for free. but after asking me to go to the bar later on and getting rejection, they decided to “pay back” by scamming me in such stupid and inappropriate way.

  The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning.
  The hotel offers excellent facilities — a spacious and clean swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing spa that exceeded my expectations.
  The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes.
  Every staff member I encountered was friendly and eager to help.
  The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping centers. Throughout my stay, I felt genuinely cared for and well taken care of.
