The three-star rating might make you think it’s basic, but honestly, the apartments are surprisingly well-kitted out – full kitchens that actually work, decent Wi-Fi, and these big windows that make everything feel more spacious than it probably is.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to know the neighborhood inside and out. The guy at reception (I think his name was Giorgi?) gave me these incredibly specific directions to this little khachapuri place about two blocks away that I never would’ve found otherwise – and it was genuinely better than anything I had on the main tourist strip. The location itself is sort of perfect if you want to be close to everything without being right in the middle of the summer madness. You can walk to Batumi Boulevard in maybe eight minutes, but when you come back at night, you’re not dealing with all the street noise and those aggressive souvenir vendors. The building’s got this modern feel but not in that sterile way – more like someone actually thought about how people would live here temporarily. Parking was easier than I expected too, which honestly surprised me given how cramped some of these Batumi streets get. I’d definitely come back, especially during shoulder season when you can really appreciate that sea view without fighting crowds for a decent restaurant reservation.

  What could be improved: They didn’t provide the facilities advertised in the booking eg iron hair dryer cooking pots and plates. In addition the fridge stops working when you leave the room.
