I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Orbi City A – C – D, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The whole A-C-D thing had me puzzled until I realized it’s actually part of a larger complex with different sections. But you know what? Once I stepped inside this four-star place on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, all that confusion melted away pretty quickly.

The location is actually brilliant if you know Batumi at all. You’re walking distance from the Boulevard – that gorgeous waterfront promenade everyone raves about – but you’re not stuck in the absolute madness of the main tourist strip. Sherif Khimshiashvili runs parallel to some of the busier areas, which means you get easy access without the constant stream of people and street vendors right outside your window. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love the energy of Batumi’s center, but sometimes you want to actually sleep at night, right? The rooms here face different directions, and I got lucky with one overlooking a quieter courtyard area – though honestly, even the street-facing ones weren’t too bad noise-wise.

What really struck me about this place was how they’ve managed to feel modern without losing that Georgian warmth. The lobby has this interesting mix of contemporary design with subtle local touches, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was sorted. Check-in was smooth, and they actually gave me useful recommendations about where to grab khachapuri nearby (there’s this little place about two blocks down that absolutely nobody talks about online, but locals queue up there every morning). The rooms themselves are well-appointed – clean lines, decent space, and the beds are actually comfortable, which isn’t always a given in this price range. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, though I noticed the shower doors don’t seal perfectly, so expect a bit of water on the floor. Small thing, but worth mentioning. Air conditioning worked perfectly during my summer visit, which was crucial because Batumi gets properly humid in July. There’s also this nice attention to detail with the lighting – not too harsh, not too dim, just right for actually reading or working if you need to. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the building, including in the elevator, which I always test because, well, you never know when you’ll need to send that urgent email. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area – the hotel doesn’t have its own lot, but there’s street parking and a few paid lots within a short walk. If you’re coming by car, just factor in a few extra minutes to find a spot, especially during peak season when every Georgian family seems to descend on Batumi for vacation.

  If you are looking for a place in Orbicity, I assure you that this apartment is the best. The most important thing is that it is managed by a serious person and they respond to messages immediately.
  The others apartments orbicity published in booking later when you get there, everyone wants to charge more or not responded. They are scammers.
  I recommend this apartment. It is very clean and comfortable and its manager is a friendly person.

  What could be improved: Please clean the aquarium in 40 floor restaurant for breakfast called VIP 40 . There is a poor fish living in horrific condition. When I saw it my heart was crying and I could eat breakfast well . Photo is attached !!!!
