You know what caught me off guard about Orbi City Premium Apartament? Walking up to this sleek building on Khimshiashvili Street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – the name sounds a bit generic, right? But this four-star property totally changed my mind about apartment-style stays in Batumi.

The location is actually brilliant if you know the city at all. You’re basically in the heart of everything without being stuck right on the touristy waterfront where it gets absolutely chaotic during summer evenings. I mean, you can still walk to the Boulevard in maybe ten minutes, but you’re far enough back that you won’t hear the constant buzz of street performers and late-night revelers. The apartment I stayed in had this massive floor-to-ceiling window that looked out over the city – not a sea view, but honestly, watching Batumi wake up in the morning with the mountains in the distance was pretty spectacular. The space itself feels more like a modern condo than a hotel room, with a proper kitchen (they actually stock it with decent coffee, which saved me so many morning trips to the lobby), a separate living area, and a bathroom that’s way bigger than what you’d get in most hotels here.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to blend that apartment independence with actual hotel service. The front desk folks were incredibly helpful – one guy even drew me a little map showing the best route to avoid the crowded sections when walking to the old town. The building has this quiet, residential feel during the day, but there’s still someone available 24/7 if you need anything. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which if you’ve driven in Batumi, you know is basically a miracle. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the entire apartment (not just near the router like some places), and the air conditioning is powerful enough to handle those sticky Georgian summer nights. I did notice the elevators can be a bit slow during busy times, but it’s a small trade-off for the overall experience. The whole setup just makes sense if you’re staying more than a couple nights – you get your own space to spread out, cook a meal if you want, but still have that hotel backup when you need it. Plus, being slightly off the main tourist drag means you’re closer to where actual locals eat and shop, which honestly makes for a much more interesting stay than being trapped in the hotel zone near the beach.

  the room is nice and the bed is comfortable and the internet speed is good and its close to the sea and the view is nice. the host is kind and helpful and always answering.
  
  What could be improved: i had to take the stair 30 floors as the elevator waiting time is 30 minutes to 1 hour and the queue is crazy. the elevator experience will ruin your vacation. the noise at night from the clubs are loud. the price of the room is expensive compare to otherrooms in the tower. there are 5000 apartments and tey are all the same no difference so dont pay because the apartment has better reviews. avrage room price is 120 Lari in the season in summber.

  Понравилось все. Не могу ничего сказать отрицательного, кроме долгих ожиданий лифта, но это к жилью не относится. Как и было в описании, окна выходили на море, горы и город. Великолепный вид с 23 этажа, особенно понравилось вечером, когда все в огнях. Мы жили в блоке С и заметили что все нечетные номера выходят на прекрасный вид, а четные на соседний Орби). В номере было все необходимое, оставалось покупать вино, коньяк и закуски и наслаждаться отдыхом. Спасибо, однозначно рекомендуем.
