The bedroom is spacious enough that you’re not bumping into your suitcase every time you turn around, and there’s proper storage — something you don’t realize you miss until you’re living out of a suitcase for a week. The kitchen is actually functional too, which matters when you want to grab fresh khachapuri from the morning market and have it with proper Georgian coffee at your own pace. I mean, hotel breakfast is fine, but there’s something about starting your day without rushing to beat the buffet closing time.

  Удобное расположение для комфортного проживания в районе старого Батуми! Апартаменты расположены в шаговой доступности от магазинов, кафе, аптек. В апартаментах качественный, новый ремонт с аутентичными грузинскими элементами декора. Фото полностью соответствуют описанию. До моря прогулочным шагом 15 минут. Гостеприимный, радушные владельцы апартаментов готовы прийти на помощь в любой момент. К сожалению, в период проживания были отключения электричества, воды. В апартаментах все тщательно продумано для комфортного проживания (губка для посуды и моющее средство, мыло, шампунь, стиральный порошок и т.д.). Есть в наличии вся необходимая посуда для тех, кто хочет приготовить самостоятельно. При длительном проживании удобно воспользоваться комплектом постельного белья, полотенцами. Устойчивый вай-фай. Окна в апартаментах выходят не на солнечную сторону, даже в жаркую погоду в было прохладно. Кабельное телевидение с большим количеством русскоговорящих каналов (их более 50). Благодарим за комфортный отдых. Всех благ!

  Совершенно замечательные апартаменты, полностью соответствующие описанию. Чисто, уютно, прохладно в июльский зной (благодаря сплиту и тому, что окно из гостиной и балкон из спальни выходят во внутренний дворик). Устойчивый вай-фай. Отсутствие комаров, благодаря москитной сетке на окне. Гога, большое спасибо, что разрешили выехать позже и за отдых в целом!

  Отличные апартаменты для комфортного проживания в районе старого Батуми. Около 1 км до пляжа и в 10 минутах ходьбы от центра старого города. В квартире свежий ремонт с аутентичными грузинскими элементами декора. Фото полностью соответствуют реальности. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, масло, специи, чай. В квартире есть даже пляжная сумка и коврик для пляжа. Удобная и большая кровать. Особенно важно, что квартира выходит не на солнечную сторону, даже в жаркую погоду в квартире было прохладно. Кабельное телевидение с большим количеством русскоговорящих каналов, насчитали более 50))) Спасибо за гостеприимство❤️

  Excellent spacious clean apartment for two with separate bedroom and living room. Kitchen with all necessary items. Great owners – Goga and Oliko. Easy to communicate. We had a late check-in and late check-out, upon arrival we were able to check in late in the evening without any problems, upon departure we were allowed to stay until the departure of our flight. Excellent location of the apartment – close to the sea, close to the main points in the old town.
