Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re close enough to Batumi’s main action without being right in the middle of the tourist chaos. The street is quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well, but walk five minutes and you’re hitting the Boulevard with all its cafes and that famous alphabet tower everyone talks about. I noticed a lot of couples here during my stay, which makes sense because the whole setup feels intimate and private. The neighborhood offers an excellent balance of accessibility and tranquility.

The staff here actually seem to care about getting things right, which isn’t always a given. They’re not hovering over you, but when you need something sorted, they handle it quickly.   Почитав очень много отрицательных отзывах об Орби, ждали прям худшего. А в итоге, нам очень повезло и с апартаментами, и с прекрасной хозяйкой. Приятная, доброжелательная, тепло встретила и помогла информацией, где лучше покушать, куда сходить погулять, что посмотреть. Апартаменты очень чистые, чистые полотенца, чистое постельное белье. Все необходимые средства есть, зубные щетки, ватные палочки, гель , шампунь и т д. На кухне также есть всё необходимое. Повезло, очередей к лифтам не было совсем, только в последний день отзыва, пару раз приходилось ждать. И в целом была тишина, за исключением последних двух ночей, когда напротив поселился орущий ребенок))))

• Komfortowy dwupokojowy apartament umili pobyt w Batumi – Bartosz from Poland – August 24, 2025 (10/10)

  Wyposażenie apartamentu (pralka (!), opiekacz, otwieracz do wina, żelazko, suszarka, komplet naczyń, kieliszków) oraz czystość. Wszystko sprawne, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Dużym plusem jest to, że apartament jest na 6. piętrze. Budynek Orbi Block.C ma aż 47.pięter, więc złapanie windy graniczyło z cudem, także zejscie/wejście z/na 6.piętro nie sprawiało trudności.
  Szczelne okna, dźwiękoszczelne drzwi wejściowe zapewniały ciszę w nocy i dobry odpoczynek.
  Dwie jednostki klimatyzacji.

  Прекрасные апартаменты, было очень чисто и в номере было не просто всё необходимое, а даже то, о чем и подумать нельзя(вроде ниток и иголок), хозяйка очень доброжелательная и приятная, помогала нам на протяжении всего отдыха, советовала места, в общем, рекомендую остановиться именно в этих апартаментах и у этой хозяйки! Мы остались в восторге и обязательно приедем ещё!

  Отличная квартира . Это двухкомнатный апартамент на 6 ом этаже в Орби сити . Все было идеально , до мелочей . Хозяйка квартиры очень внимательна и создала комфорт во время нашего пребывания . Всегда была на связи , интересовалась , возможно нужно , что то еще . Спасибо огромное за заботу . Рекомендую . В квартире чисто . Места много . Два телевизора , близко к набережной .
