One guy at the front desk – I think his name was Giorgi – drew me this little hand-sketched map to find this amazing khachapuri place that definitely wasn’t in any guidebook.

Here’s the thing about staying here: you’re literally a five-minute walk from the boulevard where all the evening action happens, but you can also duck into these quiet side streets filled with old Batumi architecture that most tourists never see. The hotel itself has this slightly modern edge without being sterile – lots of dark wood and glass, but with enough local touches that you remember you’re in Georgia. The breakfast spread is surprisingly good (their churchkhela selection alone is worth mentioning), and they don’t rush you out even if you stumble down at 10 AM looking like you’ve been exploring Batumi’s nightlife a bit too enthusiastically. I will say the elevators can be slow during peak times, but that’s honestly the only thing that bugged me. The 8.3 rating online seems fair – it’s the kind of place that does everything well without trying to be flashy about it, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to actually experience a city rather than just photograph it.

  first of all, thank you very much to the hosts, incredible interested parties responded to the questions right away. Friendly people. The house was incredibly clean . The beds are very comfortable and the view is very nice. It is in a walkable location to the places to visit. If you go to the west, I would definitely prefer this place. And the hosts left treats like water, coffee and crochet, they are very kind. If I come to the boat, I will want to stay again and recommend a place to everyone ❤️

  Absolutely perfect stay in Batumi!
  I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful serviced flat right on the beach, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sea and within easy walking distance to most of Batumi’s top attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Whether I wanted a peaceful stroll along the sea or to explore the vibrant city center, everything was right at my doorstep.
  The flat itself was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The view of the Black Sea from the balcony was simply breathtaking, especially at sunset.
  What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed—from local recommendations to making sure I was fully comfortable throughout my stay.

  Very nice spacious apartment, exactly as described. Fantastic view from the balcony! The good thing is that it is Orby city block that is right on the road, so nothing blocks the view, the entryway you go out straight to the boulevard. Many restaurants, super close to the beach, nice grocery stores and pharmacy.

  The apartment is beautiful and clean, up on the skyscraper with a beautiful view. There's shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, anything you need really. The host replied fast. The only negative thing was that the check I'm was a little difficult in the reception, you have to wait up to 5 minutes and then you have to wait for the elevator everytime you want to go up and down but I guess that happens in every skyscraper.
