The street itself – locals still call it Diasamidze, by the way – has this wonderful residential atmosphere with those characteristic Georgian balconies hanging overhead. What really convinced me though was stepping out onto the hotel’s viewing areas (and believe me, they’ve earned that “panoramic views” part of their name). On clear mornings, you can see straight across to the mountains while enjoying your coffee, and honestly, I’ve paid twice as much for hotel views that weren’t nearly as breathtaking.

The staff here genuinely seem to care, which is refreshing. When I arrived, the front desk guy – I believe his name was Giorgi – took the time to mark up a small map with his personal restaurant suggestions, including this tiny khachapuri place around the corner that I never would’ve discovered otherwise. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, nothing extravagant but everything functions properly. I mean, the Wi-Fi was reliable, the shower had good pressure, and the air conditioning didn’t sound like a dying whale – sometimes that’s all you need, right? The breakfast selection is pretty standard for this level of hotel, but they do make an excellent Georgian coffee, and you can enjoy it out at those panoramic spots I mentioned. One minor thing though – if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe bring earplugs since the walls aren’t exactly soundproof, but it wasn’t bothersome enough to disturb me. What really impressed me was how they manage the practical aspects – parking is available (not always guaranteed in this part of town), and they’ll actually help you navigate the local marshrutka routes if you want to venture beyond walking distance. After staying at numerous places that promise the world and deliver tourist traps, discovering somewhere that quietly surpasses expectations feels like finding gold.

To book hotel in Batumi during the famous Black Sea Jazz Festival, visitors should make reservations well in advance as this coastal city attracts beach lovers and cultural enthusiasts from around the world.

  Приветливые хозяева! Очень! По прилете встретили в аэропорту. Чистый комфортный номер, в принципе достаточно тихий. Все предусмотрено до мелочей. Бесперебойный интернет. К гостинице нет вопросов.
  
  What could be improved: А вот локация не очень понравилась. В целом мы этого ожидали, так как нам нужна была шаговая доступность до Дворца спорта. Тому, кто едет на море, такое расположение скорее не подойдет.

  Очень вежливые, отзывчивые и внимательные хозяева, заранее мы согласовали, как удобнее передать ключи. Удобное расположение, рядом много кафе, магазинов, рынок. Рекомендую это место для размещения

  Хозяин дома нас встретил, отвез до апартаментов и всегда был на связи, помогал по любым вопросам. Обслуживание было вежливым и приятным. Дом был очень чистый, всё аккуратно и хорошо организовано. Кровать была удобной и мягкой, а общая атмосфера — уютной и спокойной. Мы остались очень довольны проживанием и обязательно рекомендуем это место.
