The owners have clearly put thought into making it feel like a proper hotel experience rather than just crashing at someone’s place.

What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night – being up so high, you’re above most of the street noise that can drive you crazy in other parts of the city. The apartment itself has everything you actually need: a decent kitchenette if you want to grab some fresh produce from the nearby markets (there’s a great little place just a few blocks down), reliable wifi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and air conditioning that works – trust me, you’ll appreciate that during Batumi’s sticky summer months. The bathroom is modern and the shower has proper water pressure, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places get that wrong. I did notice the building feels a bit residential during the day with neighbors coming and going, but it never felt intrusive or weird. The check-in process was smooth too – they met me right at the apartment and took time to explain how everything worked, plus gave me some solid recommendations for restaurants that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. For a three-star place, the attention to detail and cleanliness rivals hotels charging twice as much, and that 9.6 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed there. If you’re looking for something that feels more authentic than a generic hotel chain but still want reliability and comfort, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.
