I was working remotely during part of my stay, and never had those annoying connection drops that drive you crazy.

When I had questions about getting to the old town (which is totally walkable, by the way), they didn’t just point me in a direction – they actually sketched out the nicest route and mentioned which streets to avoid during evening rush hour. The check-in was smooth, parking was sorted without drama, and honestly, the whole experience felt more like staying at a well-run residence than a typical hotel. The neighborhood itself has this great energy – you’ve got local cafes mixing with newer restaurants, and it’s close enough to everything that matters in Batumi without being right in the thick of the tourist madness. I mean, you can still hear the city humming around you, but it’s not overwhelming. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between independence and service, especially if you’re staying more than just a night or two, this place really delivers on what it promises.

  Прекрасный апартамент-отель!
  Хозяин очень отзывчивый — помог подобрать лучший номер и быстро решал все вопросы.
  Расположение отличное: рядом пляж, рестораны, магазины и поющие фонтаны, до центра города тоже недалеко.
  Отдельно отмечу быстрый и стабильный интернет — очень удобно для работы и общения.

  Отлично расположен. Красивый вид из окон. Большая лоджия. Отличный персонал. Всегда на связи. Все вопросы решали быстро и чётко. Всё необходимое в шаговой доступности.
  
  What could be improved: Уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Лифты… (Нам повезло. У нас был 6й этаж. Бегали по лестнице.) Очереди на лифт. Толпы людей. Шумно.

  What could be improved: It was definitely the worst ever experience for me. It was operating by a home owner not the hotel.
  They didn.t give the room which they showed. In the photos it had beautiful sea view but when we arrived there was no sea view at all. It is a full scam and they didn't accept the money through booking.com. They wanted money to transfer to their IBAN number. When we disagree with it they tried to kick us out from the room and go find somewhere else. It was definitely the worst ever. Never book from this home owner. Only book from hotel management.
