Panorama Premium Class Batumi Overview

I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Panorama Premium Class Batumi on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, I wasn’t expecting much from the outside. The building’s got that sleek, modern glass facade that could honestly be anywhere in the world, you know? But then you step inside and – wow. This five-star place actually lives up to its rating, which is saying something because I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels that throw around star ratings like confetti.

The lobby hits you with this clean, minimalist vibe that somehow doesn’t feel cold. What really got me though was heading up to my room and seeing why they called it “Panorama” – the views of Batumi are genuinely spectacular. I mean, you can see straight out to the Black Sea, and if you’re on the right side of the building, you get this amazing perspective of the city’s skyline with all those quirky modern buildings Batumi’s become famous for. The Alphabet Tower, the Ferris wheel – it’s all spread out below you like you’re watching the city from a VIP box. My room was on the 12th floor, and I actually found myself just standing at the window with my morning coffee, watching the city wake up. The staff here really knows their stuff too – check-in was smooth, they speak excellent English (which isn’t always a given in this part of Georgia), and they genuinely seem to care about making your stay comfortable rather than just going through the motions.

What I really appreciated was the attention to detail that you don’t always get, even at higher-end places. The bathroom had this rainfall shower that actually had proper water pressure, the bed was firm but comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the air conditioning worked quietly – important when you’re trying to sleep and the summer heat in Batumi can be pretty intense. The location is honestly perfect if you want to explore the city properly. You’re close enough to walk to the Boulevard and the beach, but far enough from the main party strips that you’re not dealing with noise until 3 AM. I could easily stroll to the old town for dinner, then come back and actually get some sleep. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours when everyone’s heading out for the evening, but that’s hardly a deal-breaker. If you’re looking for a place in Batumi where you can actually relax and enjoy those Black Sea views without compromising on comfort, this is definitely worth the splurge.

Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Batumi through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best districts for experiencing the city’s resort atmosphere and maritime heritage.
