You can walk to the Boulevard and the beach in maybe 10 minutes, but you’re also close enough to the old town that you’ll stumble across those little wine bars and Georgian restaurant that locals actually frequent. The area feels safe, even late at night, and there’s always something happening on the streets below without being annoyingly loud.

The Space Itself

The room setup is more like having your own place in the city — it’s spacious, clean, and has that lived-in comfort that makes you want to actually unpack your suitcase. What really sold me was the kitchen area; you can grab fresh khachapuri from the bakery downstairs and have breakfast with that view, or pick up some Georgian wine and cheese from the market nearby. The bathroom is modern and the shower pressure is actually decent (you know how hit-or-miss that can be in this part of the world).

One thing that’ll save you headaches — there’s free parking right on site, which is honestly a godsend in Batumi where finding a spot can be a nightmare. The WiFi works well throughout the space, and the air conditioning actually keeps up with those humid summer days.   Прекрасное место: недалеко до центра, и к морю тлже – через парк. Большая квартира. Просторная гостиная, можно собраться всем. Жили 6 взрослых и ребёнок 12 лет, было не тесно. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, барные стулья у стойки тоже пользовались успехом.
  Постельное белье чистейшее, отличного качества
  Не недостатки, а скорее нюансы, которые нужно учитывать, если едее большой компанией (и которые отражены в объявлении). 1. Санузел один, совмещённый. Мы составляли график )) 2. Обеденного стола как такового нет. Есть довольно большой журнальный столик, но разместиться вшестером за ним сложно. У нас часть людей садилась к бару, поэтому проблем не возникло. Рекомендую квартиру для компании 5-7 человек

  Все супер, близко к морю, близко к центру , все как на фото
  
  What could be improved: Нам предоставили много посуды , но к сожалению не вся была в хорошем состоянии, что то грязное, что то разбитое , советуем обновить и сделать генеральную уборку на кухне
  Ну и заодно можно было бы обновить постельное белье и полотенца, они были чистые и выстиранные, но уже видно, что пора менять
  А так все было супер

  Super easy check in and check out, warm house and totally perfect and valuable for groups. Parking place was almost available close to the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: One bathroom(shower+toilet) for 7 of us, so it would take time for everyone to take shower and be ready.

  Хорошая локация, хозяин без проблем заселил в 5 утра и выселил в 2 часа ночи.
  Отлично подходит для компании друзей. Большая 4-комнатная квартира. В квартире есть всё необходимое для длительного проживания
