I’ll be honest – when I first saw Apartment in Orbi Residence on Kobaladze Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a three-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come in simple packages, and this spot absolutely delivered on that front.

The thing about staying in Batumi is that location really makes or breaks your experience, and this apartment nails it. You’re literally two minutes from the beach – I mean, you can hear the waves if you open the windows at night, which is either relaxing or slightly annoying depending on how tired you are. The Orbi complex itself is pretty massive, so it took me a hot minute to figure out the elevator situation on my first day, but once you get the hang of it, everything flows smoothly. What I really appreciated was how quiet flat 23/19 actually is, considering you’re in the middle of everything. The soundproofing is surprisingly good – I was expecting typical apartment building noise, but honestly slept better here than at some fancier hotels I’ve stayed at.

The apartment feels like someone actually lives there, not like a sterile hotel room, which I loved. There’s proper kitchen equipment (and I mean proper – not those sad little coffee makers you usually get), decent WiFi that didn’t cut out during my video calls, and the air conditioning works well enough for those humid Batumi summers. The balcony isn’t huge, but it’s perfect for morning coffee while watching the city wake up. I spent way too many mornings out there just people-watching and planning my day. What surprised me most was how well-maintained everything felt – the 9.8 rating suddenly made complete sense once I settled in. Sure, it’s not luxury, but it’s thoughtfully set up and clearly cared for. The walk to the Boulevard takes maybe five minutes, and you’re right in the sweet spot where you can easily hit up the old town or the newer beachfront areas without feeling like you’re hiking across the city. If you’re the type who likes having a proper base to come back to rather than just a place to crash, this apartment really delivers on that front.

  Хозяин отзывчивый, моментально решал любые вопросы.
  Заселение прошло оперативно, без задержек, к лифтам нет никаких очередей.
  Квартира чистая, все работает исправно, с балкона открывается красивый вид на море. Дом находится в очень выгодном положении: в шаговой доступности пляж, ТРЦ "Гранд молл", многочисленные супермаркеты, кафе и рестораны, также рядом пекарня, аптека, пункты обмена валюты. С ближайшей остановки общественного транспорта можно напрямую добраться до аэропорта, ЖД и авто вокзалов, морского порта, станции канатной дороги и до центра города.

  Очень классная локация.
  Очень удачная сторона. Солнце только утром, пока не очень жарко. А днем уже уходит и можно спокойно жить с открытыми окнами без кондиционера.
  В номере было очень чисто.

  Отдыхали в июне месяце семьёй. Квартира нам понравилась. Две комнаты, оборудована всем необходимым, поэтому мы часто готовили дома. Вид из окна просто шикарный. И можно сразу посмотреть обстановку на пляже) Хозяин всегда на связи, дружелюбный, решает любой вопрос очень быстро.

  Good location of hotel in the modern residence by the sea. The owner is always can help you with any questions. Everything was more than enough. A lot of towels, blankets etc. Apartments was clear.

  Bol to najkrajší apartmán v akom sme zatiaľ boli. Úplne pohodlie naozaj ako doma. Bývali sme na 22 poschodí,odkiaľ bol krásny výhľad na more aj okolie. Dokonca sme odtiaľ videli plávať delfíny. Všetko je dostupné, blízko stoja maršrutky.aj mestské autobusy za 0,30 Lari. Hostiteľ Georgi je skvelý. Ak prídeme nabudúce do Batumi,určite vyhladame tento apartmán. Každému odporúčam.
