This three-star spot is actually in a proper apartment building (you’re looking for apt. 412), which threw me off initially, but it ended up being one of those things that makes perfect sense once you’re there. The setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel – and I mean that in the best way possible. You get actual living space to spread out, which is honestly refreshing after bouncing between cramped hotel rooms. The location on Kobaladze Street puts you in a quieter part of the city, away from the main tourist chaos around the Boulevard, but still close enough that you can walk to the seafront in about fifteen minutes. I actually preferred this – you get to see how locals live, there’s a small market nearby where you can grab fresh khachapuri in the morning, and the noise level drops significantly once you’re off the main drag.

What really surprised me was how thoughtfully everything was set up. The place has this lived-in comfort that you don’t usually find in standard hotels – proper kitchen facilities if you want to cook (and trust me, after a few days of restaurant meals, you’ll appreciate having options), decent Wi-Fi that actually works, and windows that open properly for that Black Sea breeze. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Batumi – Soviet-era construction that’s been updated – so don’t expect boutique hotel glamour, but everything functions well and feels clean and maintained. I noticed they’ve clearly put effort into making the space welcoming without going overboard on fancy touches that just jack up the price. Parking can be a bit of an adventure in this neighborhood, like most of Batumi honestly, but there’s usually something available on the side streets if you’re willing to walk a block or two. The best part? You’re positioned perfectly to explore both the old and new parts of the city without being stuck in the middle of either tourist trap zone. It’s one of those places where you end up staying longer than planned because it just works – comfortable, reasonably priced, and genuinely convenient without feeling like you’re sacrificing anything important.
