What really struck me about this place is how it manages to feel like proper apartments – I mean, you’ve got full kitchens, separate living areas, the works – while still giving you that hotel-level service you actually want when you’re on vacation. The apartments themselves are modern without being sterile, and you know what I love? The balconies. Most of them have these great views either toward the Black Sea or over the city, and there’s something pretty magical about having your morning coffee while watching Batumi wake up below. The kitchens are actually functional too, not like those tiny hotel kitchenettes that are basically useless – I ended up cooking a few meals because the local market on Gogebashvili Street (just a short walk away) has incredible fresh produce.

The staff here genuinely seem to care, which isn’t always a given even at highly-rated places, and with a 9.4 rating, you’d expect them to be on point – they are. They’re particularly good at helping with local recommendations that go beyond the obvious tourist spots. One thing I appreciated is how quiet it stays despite being so central; the building’s well-insulated, so you’re not dealing with street noise all night. Parking can be a bit tricky during summer months when Batumi gets packed with visitors, but they’ve got arrangements with nearby lots, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you’ll probably want to walk everywhere anyway. The beach is literally across the street, the casino district is a five-minute stroll if that’s your thing, and you’re close enough to the old town that you can easily explore Batumi’s more traditional side without needing a taxi. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s got that sweet spot of independence and convenience that makes a trip feel less touristy and more like you’re actually experiencing the city.
