Nova Concierge Aparthotel Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first walked into Nova Concierge Aparthotel, I wasn’t expecting much from the exterior on Grigol Lortkipanidze Street. The building looks pretty standard from the outside, but step inside and you realize this four-star place actually gets it right in ways that matter. The lobby has this modern, clean aesthetic without trying too hard to be flashy, and the staff genuinely seemed to know what they were doing when I checked in around 3 PM on a Tuesday.
What really won me over was the apartment-style setup – I mean, you get a proper kitchenette with everything you’d actually use, not just a mini-fridge and hopes. The living space feels intentionally designed, with enough room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase for days. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and honestly, the blackout curtains were a godsend since Batumi can get pretty bright early in the morning, especially during summer months. You know what struck me most? The attention to small details – decent hangers in the closet, multiple charging outlets near the bed, and a coffee machine that actually makes decent coffee, not the usual hotel room disappointment.
Location-wise, you’re about a 10-minute walk to the main tourist strip along the coast, which I actually preferred – close enough to everything but far enough to avoid the constant noise and crowds. There’s a small grocery store practically next door, which came in handy for grabbing breakfast supplies and local wine (Georgia has incredible wine, by the way). The neighborhood feels residential and safe, though it can get a bit quiet at night if you’re looking for nightlife right outside your door. Parking was straightforward when I rented a car for a day trip, and the building has decent security without feeling overly restrictive. The whole experience felt more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel room, and for the price point in Batumi, that 8.1 rating makes complete sense. It’s not luxury, but it’s thoughtful and comfortable in a way that actually matters when you’re trying to explore the city without breaking the bank.
Exploring Batumi offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Georgia’s coastal capital, from its ancient port heritage to its modern resort developments and world-renowned connections to Black Sea culture and traditions.

Location was great, New part of the city, clouse to shopping mall and boulevard.
Good price, but a few issues – Diana from Czech Republic – June 28, 2025 (7/10)
The price was good and the location is close to the sea. The lobby looks great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well.
What could be improved: the area around the hotel didn’t feel nice — there were old tires outside. The dishes were dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The window opened to a noisy courtyard with some kind of machine running all the time. It’s not very close to the city centerExceptional – Yunshan from China – June 20, 2025 (10/10)
The room is so clean and cozy, and Yana, the owner is so nice. Love to stay here.
