I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to White Tower Apartments on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The building has this modern, clean-lined look that stands out in Batumi‘s mix of old Soviet blocks and glitzy new developments, and you know what? It actually works really well. This four-star place sits in what I’d call the sweet spot of the city – close enough to hear the buzz of downtown but far enough that you’re not dealing with the casino crowds stumbling around at 3 AM.

What really got me was how they’ve thought about the little things that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The apartments – and they really are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a mini-fridge – have these full kitchens that actually make sense. I mean, the counter space is decent, there’s proper storage, and the appliances look like they were chosen by someone who’s actually cooked a meal before. The living areas feel lived-in rather than showroom-perfect, which I appreciated after spending time in some of those overly polished places along the Boulevard. Each unit has these floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of light, and if you’re lucky enough to get one of the higher floors, you’ll catch glimpses of the Black Sea between the buildings.

The location turned out to be pretty brilliant, honestly. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk from Batumi Boulevard and all that waterfront action, but the street itself stays relatively quiet. There’s a decent Georgian bakery just around the corner where locals actually go (you’ll smell the khachapuri baking in the morning), and the central market is close enough that you can grab fresh produce if you’re planning to use that kitchen. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during summer months – this is Batumi, after all – but the staff seems to have figured out the neighborhood dynamics and can point you toward spots that work. The whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly formal hotel theater. They just got me settled and pointed out the practical stuff I’d need to know about the area. I’d definitely come back, especially if I was planning to stay for a week or so and wanted to feel a bit more like a temporary local than a tourist passing through.

  Апартаменты в новом доме, отличный вид на море, удобное расположение в хорошем районе. От центра с учетом недорогого такси недалеко. Есть все для комфортного проживания.Хозяин ответственно относится к своим клиентам, всегда на связи. Завтрак в цене,что очень удобно. Рекомендую!!!
