You know what caught me off guard about Batumi City Apartments? I was expecting just another generic apartment rental, but this place actually feels like someone’s well-loved home that they happen to share with travelers. Located right on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, you’re basically in the heart of Batumi without the tourist trap feeling – I mean, you can walk to the boulevard in about ten minutes, but you’re tucked away enough that you won’t hear the late-night party crowds stumbling home.

The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that most four-star places try to fake but never quite nail. The kitchen actually has proper cookware (not just a sad little coffee maker), and honestly, I ended up making breakfast there most mornings because there’s something nice about starting your day without immediately diving into the tourist hustle. The bed was surprisingly comfortable – you know how apartment rentals sometimes have these terrible mattresses that feel like they came from someone’s college dorm? Not here. I actually slept better than I did at some of the fancier hotels I’d stayed at earlier in Georgia. The Wi-Fi works properly too, which shouldn’t be noteworthy but, well, anyone who’s traveled through this region knows it sometimes is.

What really sold me on the place was the little details that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. Fresh towels that don’t smell like industrial detergent, a decent shower with actual water pressure, and – this might sound silly – but the curtains actually block out light when you want to sleep in. The owner was responsive when I had questions about getting around the city, and they knew the neighborhood well enough to recommend this little khachapuri place around the corner that I never would have found otherwise. The location puts you within walking distance of the cable car up to the botanical garden, and if you’re into the whole seaside thing, the beach is close enough that you can hear the waves faintly at night with the windows open. It’s one of those places where the 9.5 rating actually makes sense – not because it’s trying to be luxurious, but because it gets the fundamentals right and adds just enough personal touches to make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special rather than just convenient.

Рекомендую эти апартаменты всем, кто ценит комфорт и удобство во время отдыха!

  Великолепный хозяин апартаментов, который общался и все организовывал напрямую. Всегда чувствовали себя спокойно на тему того как все пройдет.
  Отличные апартаменты, шикарное расположение. В прошлый раз брал ближе к приморскому парку и оттуда каждый раз надо было добираться до всего пешком или на такси. Тут же все рядом, ходить без желания никуда не нужно.

  Апартаменты со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Дизайн минималистичный и современный. Вид на море и стройку очередного корпуса апарт-отеля (шум не мешает, стройка днем).
  Хозяин всегда на связи, отвечал оперативно на все вопросы. Мы приехали позже запланированного, заселение прошло без проблем, всё решили дистанционно и ключ от номера ждал нас на ресепшене.
  Мы останавливались на 4 ночи, две из которых пришлись на выходные. В выходные ночи значительно более шумные: у ресторана напротив очень громкая музыкальная программа – наверное, все близлежащие отели становятся её невольными слушателями. Так что если нужна тишина – этот вариант точно не для Вас. Нам в целом шум не мешал – мы возвращались в номер после купания, прогулок и плотного ужина, так что проблем с засыпанием не было:)
  
  What could be improved: Всё понравилось, внешние обстоятельства (стройка, шум из ресторана) не в счет, это к самому отелю не относится, но если кому важна абсолютная тишина – лучше апартаменты в первой линии не рассматривать:)

  The apartment (2917)was clean,bed sheets and the towels were clean ,location was great,view was excellent and the ownner was helpful and available all the time .That was a wonderful trip to Batumi .I strongly recommend this property.
  
  What could be improved: Bring your shampoo and toothpaste with you.We experienced only one noisy night there because of the loud sound of the clubs.
