The name makes it sound like some generic rental, but this three-star place on Vakhtang Gorgasali Street actually feels more thoughtfully put together than half the boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. I mean, when I first walked up to it in Batumi, I was honestly expecting something pretty basic – but the moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cared about creating a real space, not just filling rooms with the cheapest furniture they could find.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in the neighborhood rather than just visiting it. Vakhtang Gorgasali Street has this great energy – it’s residential enough that you’ll see locals doing their daily shopping and kids playing in the courtyards, but you’re still close enough to the sea that you can hear it on quiet mornings. The apartment itself has these surprisingly high ceilings that make everything feel more spacious than you’d expect, and the windows are positioned just right to catch the afternoon light without making the place feel like a greenhouse. I actually found myself working from there a few mornings because the natural light was so good – something you don’t always think about until you’re trying to answer emails in a dim hotel room.

What really impressed me was how they handled the small details. The kitchen setup is actually functional (I know, revolutionary concept), with decent counter space and appliances that work properly. The shower has good water pressure – trust me, after a day walking around Batumi’s hills, you’ll appreciate that. The bed is firm without being punishing, and they’ve got blackout curtains that actually block light, which is clutch if you’re dealing with jet lag or just want to sleep in. Honestly, the 9.6 rating makes sense once you spend a night there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works the way it should. The neighborhood gets pleasantly quiet in the evenings, though you’ll still catch the occasional conversation drifting up from the street, which I found kind of charming rather than annoying. If you’re the type who needs complete silence, pack earplugs, but for most people, it’s just the right amount of ambient city life to remind you that you’re somewhere real.

Hotel in Batumi booking should be done early, especially during summer season when the city hosts internationally celebrated music festivals and beach events at modern venues.

  Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlı oldu. Tam zamanında buluştuk. Evde her türlü imkân var. Lokasyon olarak merkezde sayılır. Tüm önemli mekânlara yürüme mesafesindedir. Araç için özel park yeri var. Gönül rahatlığıyla öneriyorum.

  Полноценная трёхкомнатная квартира с двумя отдельными спальнями и двумя балконами, великолепная хозяйка, всегда на связи , принесла домашний тортик что было очень приятно,все вопросы решает моментально, полноценный комплект посуды, отопление, холодильник , фен в ванной, вода горячая постоянно,рядом магазины и рестораны
  
  What could be improved: Постельное белье не подходит для двухспальной кровати , на мой взгляд не достаточно косметических средств в ванной (шампунь,гель), но это не критично .

  Прекрасная квартира с отличным местоположением. Все достопримечательности рядом. Парк, море тоже. Две спальни, большая гостиная и есть кухня со всем необходимым. Для семьи с детьми прекрасный вариант. Очень гостеприимные хозяева — к приезду приготовили торт и оставили нам в холодильнике. Все было супер!
