I actually found myself using that kitchen more than I expected – there’s a decent grocery store just a few blocks down, and after a few days of restaurant meals, having the option to grab some fresh khachapuri from the local bakery and eat it with proper coffee in your own space felt pretty luxurious.

The 8.3 rating makes total sense once you spend a night or two there. It’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works like it should, the WiFi is solid (crucial if you’re working remotely), and the staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you’re settled in properly.   Отличное месторасположение: самое сердце Старого города, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, до моря тоже вниз по прямой 5-7 минут прогулочного шага и уже набережная. Несмотря на центр, в квартире тишина, т.к. окна выходят во двор. Нодар встретил в аэропорту, а Гиули угостила вкуснейшим домашним вином. В квартире отличная бытовая техника: стиральная машина, микроволновка, пылесос и т.д. Очень понравилось расположение кондиционера – находится в коридоре, и легкая прохлада от него равномерно и мягко распространяется на всю квартиру, абсолютно нет боязни, что просквозит или продует.
  Из пожеланий – немного подремонтировать душ, протекает в разные стороны, когда включаешь.
  Также тем, кто любит подольше поспать, может мешать воркование голубей на крыше в солнечную погоду. Мы на море вставали пораньше, поэтому особой проблемы это не вызывало.

  What could be improved: The apartment is located inside the courtyard on the fourth floor(last floor), without an elevator. Sometimes it can be noisy from neighbors and pigeons on the roof.
