This four-star property sits in one of Batumi’s quieter residential areas, and I mean that in the best possible way — you get all the perks of being close to everything without the constant buzz of tourist crowds right outside your window.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. There’s something refreshing about having your own space with a proper kitchen setup, especially when you want to grab some fresh produce from Batumi’s markets and actually do something with it. The layout flows naturally, and honestly, the attention to detail surprised me — from the quality of the fixtures to how everything just works without any of those little annoyances you sometimes get with vacation rentals.

Now, about that private pool — this is where the place really shines. It’s not massive, but it’s perfectly sized for cooling off after exploring the city or just floating around with a drink in the evening. The pool area has this nice sense of privacy, which I really appreciated. You can actually relax without feeling like you’re on display, and the surrounding space is thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating areas. During my stay, I found myself spending way more time here than I initially planned.

Location and Getting Around

The location works really well if you want to experience Batumi like more of a local. You’re close enough to walk to the main attractions — the Boulevard is totally doable on foot — but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the late-night party noise that can hit some of the more central areas. There’s free parking right on site, which is actually a bigger deal than you might think in Batumi, especially during peak season when finding a spot near the popular areas can be a real headache.

Why Guests Love It

I can see why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something inherently romantic about having your own private space with that pool, and the whole setup just encourages you to slow down and enjoy each other’s company. The perfect 10 rating for location makes sense once you experience how easy it is to get around from here while still feeling like you have your own little retreat. It’s one of those places where you might find yourself extending your stay just because leaving feels harder than it should.

  Благодарю Анатолия за прекрасные апартаменты. Находятся в прекрасном месте, возле парка, район очень тихий и спокойный по сравнению с знаменитым Орби сити. На территории есть бассейн, которым можно пользоваться, негде не встречала такого в Батуми. Вид на море. До моря пешком 5 минут. Лежишь на пляже и наблюдаешь как садятся и взлетают самолеты- превосходно. В апартаментах есть все необходимое: фен, утюг, гладильная доска, стиральная машинка, комплект полотенец, вешалка для сушки вещей. Сразу видно с заботой хозяин относится. Если буду ещё в Батуми, обязательно остановлюсь тут

  Хочу отметить что в апартаментах есть просто абсолютно все , что нужно для комфортного проживания ) все новое , стильный интерьер) Нас встретили и всегда были с нами на связи ) очень любим этот комплекс , есть бассейн , закрытая территория , во дворе рестораны и магазин ) через дорогу красивый и большой парк и конечно же море ) обязательно приедем еще )
