  Удобная терраса со столиком. В номере всё есть для проживания. Хорошее расположение. Если хотите почувствовать дух старого Батума, вам сюда. Поднимаясь наверх, вы пройдете по коридору дома, которому явно более сотни лет. Без звонка хозяйке вы вряд-ли сами найдете расположение апартаментов )))

  The apartment has a roof top with a fantastic view. 10+ stars rating for that! And the description matched with most of the apartment as I found it at the arrival.
  
  What could be improved: Usually, and especially, when there are several entrances for a house number, the landlord awaits you infront of the building. But, she didn't even then make it to the street when we finally could connect. No help with the luggage for the four floors to get up either, three of them being a steep iron staircase behind the house (no elevator). The toilet didn't function properly from the beginning on. I asked politely to fix it, but the landlord didn't bother to come by in three day, living just one floor down from the rented apartment. In a whole, the apartment is build homemade style, what I don't mean the good way.

  Great location, fantastic view and the hostess was very kind and helpful. The apartment is very cosy and convenient.
  
  What could be improved: The only drawback is that the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues, as it is in the fifth floor and there is no elevator. For us it was not an issue, but that’s the only thing I can mention as a negative.

  The location is very convenient- my favourite spot in the old city. All facilities are in good condition: shower, stovetop, fridge, bed is very comfy. We would stay more, but the place is always booked)
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I would add is an umbrella at the balcony, because Batumi is either for rain or for sun – anyway you need a roof at the terrace)))
