Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around the Black Sea coast, and what sets Sunshine Apartments apart is that balance between comfort and authenticity. You’re not isolated from the real Batumi, but you’re not roughing it either. The location puts you close enough to walk to Piazza and the old town when you want that tourist experience, but you can also slip into the rhythm of local life pretty easily. For the price point and the space you get, especially if you’re traveling with family or planning to stay a while, it’s honestly hard to beat.

  Located in the heart of more happening places, near to beautiful beach, in the charming building of Courtyard Marriot hotel, the apartment offers all basic facilities required for a comfortable living. Great value of money. Alina has been very courteous and helpful throughout stay.
