I mean, you’re not right in the tourist chaos near the boulevard, but you can still walk to the Black Sea coast in about ten minutes – maybe fifteen if you’re taking your time. There’s this little grocery store practically next door where I grabbed supplies, and the locals there were surprisingly patient with my terrible Georgian. The three-star rating doesn’t tell the whole story either – honestly, I’ve stayed in fancier places that felt way less welcoming. What really got me was how clean everything was, and the kitchen actually had decent cookware, not those flimsy tourist apartment basics you usually get stuck with.

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Batumi – it’s real life, you know? You’ll hear families going about their day, kids playing in the courtyard, that sort of authentic neighborhood vibe that you miss when you’re stuck in some sterile hotel. The apartment gets good light in the mornings (that fourth-floor height helps), and I actually enjoyed having my coffee by the window watching the city wake up. Sure, you might hear some street noise occasionally, but nothing that kept me awake – and I’m usually pretty sensitive to that stuff. The shower has solid water pressure too, which honestly made my day after a few disappointing rental experiences elsewhere in Georgia. If you’re planning to visit during summer, just know that Batumi gets pretty humid, but the apartment stays cool enough, and there’s decent airflow. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for the price point – sometimes the best travel experiences come from these smaller, personal places rather than the big hotel chains anyway.

  Хорошее соотношение цены и качество. Апартаменты в новом доме, со свежем ремонтом. Есть всё необходимое, достаточно просторная спальня и кухня-гостиная. Было продумано всё до мелочей, особенно полезен был оставленный хозяевами порошок для стирки, а также ведение доска и утюг. Расположение квартиры хорошее, рядом находится торговый центр, до ресторанов рукой подать.

  The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-organized. It’s got more kitchenware and essentials than you’d ever need for a comfortable stay.
  The location is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach, a huge supermarket around the corner, and the Old Town is also within walking distance.
  Tengiz and Lika, the hosts, are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A really pleasant stay overall. Would absolutely recommend!

  Квартира лучшая, в новом доме, с новейшим и самым современным ремонтом и всей необходимой мебелью и вещами. В спальне большая кровать, с очень качественными матрасами. В квартире полностью оборудованный кухонный уголок. Расположение в очень удобном месте. Рядом гипермаркет и все необходимые коммуникации. В доме 4 лифта, за безопасностью следит служба безопасности. Море прямо в 5 минутах ходьбы. Хозяева квартиры очень внимательные люди, которые все нам подробно объяснили по приезду. Мы действительно даем этой квартире самые лучшие рекомендации!
  This is the best apartment, in a newly built house, with the latest and most modern renovation and all the necessary furniture and things. There is a large bed in the bedroom, with very high-quality mattresses. The apartment has the best kitchenette. The location is in a very convenient place. There is a hypermarket next to it and all the necessary communications. There are 4 elevators in the building and security is monitored by a security service. The sea is directly a 5-minute walk away. The owners of the apartment are very attentive people, who explained everything to us carefully upon arrival. We really give this apartment the best recommendation!

  Квартира просто замечательная! Всё абсолютно новое — дом только что построен, и внутри всё свежее, чистейшее и аккуратное. Очень приятно находиться в таком современном и ухоженном пространстве.
  
  Кровать удобнейшая, спала отлично. Интернет быстрый и стабильный, вода есть всегда, с хорошим напором. Кухня оборудована всей необходимой техникой — готовить одно удовольствие. Ванная комната очень чистая, а зеркало просто безупречное!Есть кондиционер и другие удобства, которые делают пребывание максимально комфортным.
  
  Расположение удобное — буквально в нескольких шагах находится супермаркет Carrefour, что очень выручает. Место тихое и спокойное, но при этом всё рядом.
  
  Отдельно хочу отметить хозяев — очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые и внимательные. Забота чувствовалась во всём. Спасибо, Лика!
  Я очень рекомендую это место тем, кто ценит комфорт, чистоту и современные условия!
