The studio itself is compact but thoughtfully laid out – clearly someone who actually lives in apartments designed this space, not just someone trying to cram furniture into every corner. The bed faces the windows (smart move), and there’s enough room to actually open your suitcase without playing furniture Tetris. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being right in the heart of things. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the boulevard and all the waterfront action, but the building’s positioned so you don’t get the late-night party noise that can make other central locations pretty rough for sleeping. The three-star rating might seem modest, but honestly, it’s refreshing to find a place that doesn’t oversell itself – this delivers exactly what it promises without the inflated expectations.

Here’s the thing that made this place stick with me though – it’s the kind of spot where you actually want to spend time in the room, not just crash after long days out. Maybe it’s because the natural light is incredible (those big windows facing the water don’t hurt), or because you can make proper coffee in the little kitchenette while watching the morning joggers on Heroes’ Alley below. The location puts you right where locals actually hang out too – there’s this great khachapuri place just down the street that I never would have found if I’d stayed in one of the tourist hotel clusters. You’re close enough to walk to the cable car, the old town, even the botanical gardens if you don’t mind a bit of a hike, but you’re also in a neighborhood that feels real. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because checkout day rolled around and I just… wasn’t ready to leave yet.

  Чистота, хозяйка быстро выходит на связь,есть все необходимое и даже больше( чай, кофе, сахар, стиральный порошок, тапочки). Удобное расположение, самый центр, море , магазины, остановка , кафе и рестораны в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рекомендую!!!
