I’ll be honest, I walked past apartment boulevardside twice before realizing I’d found my place for the week. It’s right there on Rustaveli Avenue – you know, the main drag that runs through Batumi – but the entrance is sort of understated in that way Georgian places sometimes are. Don’t let that fool you though, because once you’re inside, this three-star spot punches way above its weight class.

The thing that got me about this place is how they’ve managed to capture that authentic Batumi vibe without making you feel like you’re roughing it. My apartment had this great little balcony that looked right out onto the boulevard, and honestly, that’s where I ended up spending most of my mornings with coffee, watching the city wake up. You’ll hear some street noise – it’s Rustaveli after all – but it’s the good kind, the sounds that make you feel connected to the pulse of the city rather than isolated from it. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, and I mean actually spacious, not just “spacious for Europe” if you know what I’m getting at. The kitchen was fully equipped, which saved me a fortune since I could grab fresh produce from the little markets nearby and cook instead of eating out every meal.

What really sold me on the place was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about making sure you experience Batumi properly. The woman at reception – I wish I could remember her name – drew me this hand-sketched map showing not just the tourist spots but where locals actually go for khachapuri and wine. She pointed out this tiny family-run restaurant about three blocks away that became my absolute favorite dinner spot. You’re walking distance from the beach, maybe ten minutes if you stroll, and the old town is right there too. But here’s the thing most visitors miss – you’re also perfectly positioned for those evening walks along the boulevard when the sea breeze kicks in and the whole city seems to exhale. The botanical garden is an easy trip from here, and if you’re into the casino scene, well, you can practically roll out of bed and into the glitzy part of town. I stayed here during shoulder season in May, and the energy was perfect – busy enough to feel alive but not so crowded that you’re fighting for space everywhere you go. Honestly, for the price point and the location, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come back to Batumi.

  Отличные апартаменты, в самом центре Батуми. Потрясающий вид из окон. Всё в шаговой доступности, как достопримечательности, так и магазины, бары, кафе, рестораны, набережная. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания! Квартира, по сравнению с фото, выглядит намного лучше! Много спальных мест, отлично для компании из 5-6 человек. Очень приветливая, гостеприимная и отзывчивая хозяйка!!! Огромное спасибо!!!! Нам всё понравилось, обязательно вернёмся к вам ещё!!!

  Комфортная квартира в центре старого города. Доброжелательная внимательная хозяйка. Локация – топ, центр, все рядом. Удобная планировка квартиры, вид с балконов впечатляющий, удобные матрасы и подушки. Все было идеально, отдых удался.

  Понравилось всё, Лела встретила в оговоренное время, всё рассказала, показала. В квартире было чисто, есть абсолютно всё необходимое для проживания семьи с двумя детьми. Расположение прекрасное, 2 минуты пешком до начала бульвара и парка чудес, вид из окон отличный.

  I stayed in the apartment with my family and our dog.
  
  The apartment is in an ideal location, right in front of the Poseidon Statue – a few steps away from the European Square, very close to the Old Town, the beach and the port.
  The views from the balcony are breathtaking, you can admire the sea, the town and the mountains.
  The apartment is fully equipped, it has everything that you need for a longer stay and it's sparkling clean.
  The communication with Lela, the owner, is perfect, she is very sweet, caring and friendly.
  
  Also, what is important for us and not so obvious in Georgia, the place is actually pet friendly – the owner loves dogs and had no problem with our doggo staying in the apartment with us.
  
  We really enjoyed our stay in the Apartment Boulevardside and we will be back soon.

  Лучшее расположение в Батуми! Завораживающий вид с балконов и днем и ночью!
  Просторная квартира с хорошей мебелью!
  Один балкон – в сторону моря, другой в сторону площади Европы.
  Один из лучших видов на старый Батуми.
  У нас приезжала дочь с семьей и собакой – все отлично разместились. Две спальни и гостиная с двумя диванами для детей. Кушали в основном на балконе, уж очень красиво!
  Дом находится в удобнейшем месте – море рядом, старый город рядом.
  При этом во дворе просторно (площадь), всегда находилось место для парковки машины.
  Часто ходили гулять к поющим фонтанам и на старую набережную, в порт – все в трех шагах.
  Все оборудование работает безукоризненно.
  Хозяева – милейшие люди, простые в общении и очень гостеприимные.
  Собаку встретили с радостью! (большущий плюс для Грузии)
  Выдали ключи за день до приезда (мы встречали детей в аэропорту, приезжали ночью),
  для нашего удобства.
  От души рекомендуем!
  
  What could be improved: Звук от автомобилей по дороге из брусчатки. Но здесь – ничего особо не сделаешь. Со временем привыкаешь.
  Лифт за монетки – но хозяева и это предусмотрели – выдав целую тарелку монеток 🙂
