Here’s the thing about Mirian Mefis Street — it’s one of those spots that locals know but tourists often miss. You’re actually in a really sweet spot, close enough to Batumi’s main attractions but tucked away from the tourist chaos. I could walk to the Boulevard in about ten minutes, and the Old Town was just a pleasant stroll away. What I really appreciated was the free parking right at the hotel — honestly, finding a decent parking spot in Batumi can be a nightmare, so this was a huge relief. The location truly sets this property apart from other accommodations in the area.

The Room Experience

My room was simple but spotless, with everything I actually needed rather than a bunch of unnecessary frills. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (I mean, I’ve stayed in four-stars with worse mattresses), and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The windows opened up to a quiet courtyard view, which meant I could actually sleep without earplugs — something you can’t always count on in busy Batumi. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which you’ll definitely appreciate during those humid Georgian summers.

Daily Life at the Hotel

What struck me most was how the hotel just… works. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the building, housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive, and the front desk staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had what I needed. There’s no fancy restaurant on-site, but honestly, you’re in Batumi — some of the best Georgian food is just steps away on the street. The staff gave me excellent recommendations for local spots that I never would have found on my own. These personal touches made all the difference during my stay.

  Идеальное место,чтобы отдохнуть в тишине,но при этом рядом с городом.Отель новый,чистый,все фото соответствуют размещенным.Мы были на машину,поэтому юез проблем ездили и на пляж и в соседнюю Турцию погулять.
  Но все-таки главная ценность этого места-люди!хозяин Гоча и вся его семья-образец грузинского гостеприимства!Очень рады знакомству с ними!

  Понравился хозяин , чистота , удобства , все было на высоком уровне . Так что мы рекомендуем вам останавливаться в этом отеле . Хозяина зовут Гоча , очень хороший и отзывчивый человек , отвозил нас на пляж каждое утро на своей машине . Так что только положительные эмоции остались от пребывания в этом отеле !

  I was really pleased with my stay at the Lazare family hotel as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Batumi as it is just round the corner from the bus station and other transportation. The staff are very good, especially Mr. Gocha who were very friendly and helpful
