I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Keti’s Apartment in Batumi, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a residential building on Rustaveli Street. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds are the ones hiding in plain sight. This three-star place sits right in the heart of Batumi, and after spending time there, I get why it has such loyal guests.

The location is actually pretty brilliant if you know the city at all. Rustaveli Street puts you close enough to the action without dealing with the tourist chaos down by the waterfront – I mean, you can still walk to the Boulevard in about ten minutes, but you’re not hearing drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM. Keti herself is one of those hosts who genuinely cares about making sure you’re sorted out. She’ll meet you at the VI entrance (which, heads up, can be a bit tricky to spot if you’re arriving after dark), and she knows all the little things that make a difference. Like which grocery store stays open late, or why you should avoid the marshrutkas during rush hour if you’re carrying luggage.

The apartment itself sits on the first floor, which honestly works out great – no elevator drama or hauling bags up endless stairs. What struck me most was how thoughtfully everything’s set up. The kitchen actually has proper cooking equipment if you want to grab fresh khachapuri from the morning market and heat it up later, and there’s decent Wi-Fi throughout (I tested it because, well, that’s always a concern). The windows face away from the main street traffic, so you get natural light without the constant honking that seems to define Georgian city life. I stayed during late summer when Batumi gets pretty humid, and the cross-ventilation actually works – you don’t feel like you’re suffocating, which can’t be said for every place around here. One thing that really impressed me was the attention to cleanliness and the little touches that show someone actually thinks about the guest experience rather than just going through the motions.

What really sells this place, though, is that perfect rating guests keep giving it – and after staying there myself, I totally understand why. It’s not trying to be some fancy resort experience, but it delivers on everything that actually matters when you’re exploring a city like Batumi. You’re close to the old town charm, walking distance from decent restaurants that locals eat at (not just tourist traps), and Keti knows the neighborhood well enough to point you toward the good stuff. Plus, parking around there isn’t the nightmare it can be closer to the coast.

  Первый раз были семьей в Грузии. Остановились в аппартаментах и могу однозначно рекомендовать данное место. Огромный плюс, это местоположение: рядом море, пляж и все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Также выбор магазинчиков и кафе на любой вкус и кошелек. Немного об апартаментах: главный критерий для меня это чистота и в этом полное соответствие, есть все необходимое для проживания и приготовления пищи (при необходимости). Особенная благодарность хозяйке, которая организовала трансфер и была всегда на связи по любым вопросам. Обязательно вернемся!

  Очень заботливая хозяйка. Уютные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Оочень чисто. В шаговой доступности от моря основных достопримечательностей и старого города. Отлчный вайфай. В том же доме супермаркет и салон сотовой связи. Рядом магазины обменники и кафе. По всем вопросам Вам помогут. Кети, Левани огромная Вам благодарность.

  Все отлично!
  Останавливались в апартаментах в сентябре на 8 дней. Все соответствует фото. Новое,чистое. Очень удобное расположение.
  Тихий двор. Близко в морю и всем достопримечательностям.
  Хозяйка и её сестра очень приветливые и дружелюбные. Всегда были на связи и если у нас возникали какие-либо вопросы всегда рады были помочь. ☺️
  Очень удобно, что заселение в любое время.
  Своя кухня с приборами и всей необходимой посудой.

  Очень понравилось расположение апартамента👍 Самый центр, очень преочень близко от моря, при этом тихо и шум с побережья не доносится абсолютно. Апартаменты в жилом доме👍
