  The receptionist was very nice and the room provided was amazing with a great view.
  
  What could be improved: The shower head had some issues so could have been better and we felt the heat didn’t work properly in the room initially and we had to keep everything turned on to keep it warm.

  Well, to begin with the staff was friendly and helpful. As our room heater was not working, he came with a portable heater and fixed it, which was equally good. The washroom was well maintained and had the toiletries required. The balcony was beautiful as well as the area was also peaceful.It

  Nice place with a central location. Clean, evrything in the shower worked properly. The bed was comfortable. Nana is extremely helpful and friendly. There are rooma overlooking the street and the courtyard, I stayed in the latter an it was very quiet there; I do not khow how noisy it is the other rooms.
  I stayed there in December, it was a bit cold outside at night, so I used the conditioner in the heating mode and it was quite comfortable in the room.
  
  What could be improved: The guests in the rooms next to mine and opposite to mine, and their very loud conversations until 5 a.m.
