Hotel Batumi Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Hotel Batumi on Tsminda Severiane Adjareli street, you get that reassuring feeling of finding exactly what you were looking for without any pretense. It’s a solid three-star place that doesn’t try to be something it’s not — and honestly, that’s refreshing in a city where some hotels oversell and underdeliver. The building has a clean, straightforward appearance that immediately tells you this is a place run by people who care about the basics. The hotel maintains high standards for cleanliness and comfort throughout all its public areas.
Location & Getting Around
The location is actually pretty smart if you know Batumi at all. You’re close enough to everything that matters but tucked away from the main tourist chaos along the boulevard. I mean, you can still get to the beach and the old town easily, but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds right outside your window. The fact that there’s parking available right at the hotel is honestly a game-changer — anyone who’s tried to find a parking spot in central Batumi during summer will tell you that’s worth its weight in gold. The convenient access to local attractions makes exploring the city effortless.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with everything working as it should. You know what I appreciated most? The air conditioning actually cooled the space properly (not always a given in Georgian hotels), and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. The beds are decent quality — comfortable and supportive for a good night’s rest. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure, which matters more than you’d think after a long day exploring the city. Modern amenities are thoughtfully integrated throughout the space.
Service & Atmosphere
The staff here genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re comfortable. They’re not overly formal or scripted — just helpful people who know their city and can point you in the right direction for whatever you’re looking for. I asked about local restaurant recommendations and got some solid suggestions that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. The whole place has this relaxed, unpretentious vibe that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home. Guest satisfaction is clearly a priority for the entire team.
Why Guests Love It
What really works about this place is that it delivers on its promises without any surprises. Couples seem to particularly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that you can actually have a conversation without shouting over street noise. The combination of reasonable rates, reliable amenities, and that precious parking situation makes it a smart choice for travelers who want comfort and quality without paying resort prices. It’s the kind of place you’d book again without hesitation — which, let’s be honest, is exactly what you want from a hotel. The overall value proposition is exceptional for the three-star category.

Very Good – Світлана from Ukraine – August 14, 2025 (8/10)
Because of the unexpected cancellation from the Orbi apartment, we had to quickly choose another place to stay. This hotel was the first one we came across. Yes, the room was small, and it would have been better to have more outlets in the room, but overall, it was nice. We had a balcony and air conditioning, which was really important. There was a market across the road where you could get anything you wanted. The staff was nice, and the guy at the reception was one love: always there, always ready to help.
Very Good – Mohammad from Saudi Arabia – August 12, 2025 (8/10)
Our stay was excellent. The young receptionist, Zaza, was exceptionally polite, helpful, and respectful. He went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. The cleaning lady was also very kind and always cheerful, which made us feel even more welcome.
The apartment is located right in the heart of the market, making it very convenient, yet it still offers private parking – a big plus in such a busy area.”

What could be improved: La rampa che devi fare in salita e discesa per arrivare al posteggio dell’albergo e alla reception!Vakantie – Zuleyha from Netherlands – August 5, 2025 (8/10)
Wie alleen wilt slapen is hier heel ideaal
What could be improved: Reageren op berichten maar dat heeft niks met accommodatie te makenWill not stay there again! – Mariami from Georgia – August 4, 2025 (4/10)

What could be improved: It was so dirty, the toilet was awful, there was a smell of cigarettes in the room and on the balcony you could see the cigaret butts.Pleasant – Javid from Azerbaijan – July 27, 2025 (6/10)

What could be improved: Location is very noisy due to being next to local market.Exceptional – Melano from Germany – May 11, 2025 (10/10)
The room was very clean, recently renovated and most importantly, there was free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The location is close to old Batumi.
