The kitchen setup is proper functional, not just for show, which matters if you’re planning to grab some fresh produce from the local markets. I loved that the windows face away from the main road, so you get this genuine neighborhood vibe without the constant hum of traffic that you’d get closer to the Boulevard. The WiFi actually works throughout the apartment too, which isn’t always a given in this part of Georgia.

What really sold me on this place was the little details that show someone who gets it. There’s decent water pressure in the shower (trust me, this matters after a long day exploring the Old Town), and the bed is actually comfortable – not that overly soft hotel nonsense that leaves your back aching. The location is clever too; you’re close enough to walk to Piazza or the cable car, but far enough from the late-night party zones that you can actually sleep. I noticed a decent Georgian bakery just around the corner, and there’s a small grocery store maybe two blocks away where the locals shop. Parking can be a bit tight on the street, but it’s manageable if you’re renting a car. The building itself is typical Soviet-era architecture from the outside – nothing fancy – but inside it’s been updated thoughtfully without losing that authentic Georgian apartment feel. If you’re looking for something that feels more like staying in a real neighborhood rather than a tourist bubble, this spot delivers on that promise.

  Прекрасная, чистая, современная комфортная квартира с одной спальней. Имеется большой балкон с шикарным видом на море и набережную. Кухня и ванная комната оборудованы всем необходимым. Однозначно рекомендую.
