The kitchen is small but functional (I made coffee there every morning), and honestly, having your own space to spread out after long days exploring the botanical gardens or wandering through the old town makes such a difference. What I loved most was how quiet it gets at night, which is sort of surprising given how central you are. I’d walk to the beach for sunrise (seriously, do this if you’re an early riser), then grab breakfast from one of the bakeries nearby, and by the time most tourists were even awake, I’d already had half a perfect day. If you’re the type who needs someone to carry your bags or arrange tours, this probably isn’t your place. But if you want to experience Batumi the way it’s meant to be experienced – walking everywhere, stumbling onto great little restaurants, hearing the sea from your window – then honestly, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better base than this.

  The place is cosy, neat, quiet and centrally located. The landlady and the person managing the property are extremely easy to reach out and would do anything to help you during your stay.
  The studio has everything you need: an electric stove and kettle, a microwave, a lot of cutlery and crockery, a big fridge with a big freezer. There's even an iron board, a washing machine and a small balcony. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Batum: you won't regret it!

Хозяйку я не видела, но по голосу (мы созванивались при бронировании) очень понравилось, особенно, что реагирует сразу на бронь, поэтому и остались, молодец. Квартира в очень удобном месте! всё есть,что надо для жилья, как говорится люди о вас позаботились, а вы просто отдыхайте❤️

  Very nice and spacious appartment. Host is very friendly. It's high up so you even get a little view over the city.
  
  What could be improved: There were some issues about check-in time but it was due to translation issues and only a minor issue. There are only 3 elevators for a huge building, means you have to wait a while to go up or down – only a minor issue.
