The apartment stays surprisingly cool even during those sticky summer afternoons when Batumi turns into a sauna, and there’s decent water pressure in the shower, which honestly feels like a small miracle in this part of the world. The building’s got some character – I’m talking Soviet-era bones with newer touches – and while the hallway lighting could use work, once you’re inside, it feels like a proper home base for exploring the city. Given that 9.2 rating, I wasn’t the only one who found it hit the sweet spot between comfort and authenticity.
