Graphic Hotel Batumi Overview

I’ll be honest – I almost walked past Graphic Hotel Batumi the first time because the name had me expecting some kind of art-focused boutique place, but this four-star spot on Griboedov Street turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special. The building itself has this sleek, modern vibe that stands out nicely against the mix of Soviet-era and newer construction you see throughout this part of Batumi, and honestly, the location is pretty much perfect if you actually want to experience the city rather than just hide in a resort bubble.

What really got me was how the staff seemed to genuinely know their stuff about the area – not just the tourist trap recommendations, but actual insights about where locals eat and when to hit the boulevard for the best people-watching. The rooms have this contemporary design that feels fresh without being sterile, and I mean, the beds are legitimately comfortable (you know how hotel beds can be a total gamble). The bathrooms are well-designed too, with decent water pressure – something you definitely don’t want to take for granted when you’re exploring Georgia’s seaside. You’re basically a five-minute walk from the old town area where you can wander through the narrow streets and stumble across those little wine bars that don’t even have proper signs, and the beach is close enough that you can hear the waves if you open your windows at night, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the constant party noise that hits some of the beachfront places.

The breakfast situation is actually solid – they do this nice spread with local specialties mixed in with the usual international options, and the coffee is surprisingly good for a hotel setup. What I really appreciated was how they handle the practical stuff without making a big deal about it – parking sorted, reliable WiFi, and the front desk folks are there when you need them but not hovering around trying to upsell you on tours every five minutes. The whole place has this relaxed energy that matches Batumi perfectly, where you can dress up for a nice dinner or just throw on shorts and sandals without feeling out of place either way. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay because you realize you’ve found a good base for exploring not just the city itself, but day trips along the coast or even into the mountains if that’s your thing.

  • Wonderful – Leasy4ka from Russia – August 25, 2025 (9/10)

We loved the great location and the beautiful sea view from our balcony. Our room was clean with very comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

What could be improved: The room was very nice and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the shower head and the kettle were outdated and should be replaced.

  • Very nice place for short therm, rooms are nice, location is good. Good value – Paat from Estonia – August 17, 2025 (8/10)

Rooms are clean and cozy, view depends on the floor you are on.

What could be improved: Some staff wasn’t friendly, even saying good morning back wasn’t always common. Expected more from breakfast, but it was pretty decent
