Location-wise, this place is sort of perfectly positioned for the way most people actually experience Batumi. You can walk to the beach and the famous Boulevard in about fifteen minutes, but you’re also close enough to venture into the older parts of the city where the real Georgian character shows through. I spent quite a few evenings just wandering the smaller streets around the hotel, stumbling across family-run khachapuri spots that definitely don’t make it into guidebooks. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel during the day – you’ll see kids playing in courtyards and older folks chatting on benches – but it quiets down nicely at night.   There was nothing to like, because I never even entered the apartment. It seemed because of the high season it was not free. Thats why Nobody answered the phone, and it was impossible to find the apartment in any other way.

  What could be improved: Esperienza pessima, assolutamente sconsigliato.
  Nonostante il punteggio elevato su Booking, la realtà è stata ben diversa: all’arrivo sono stato dirottato dalla reception in una stanzetta al 4° piano, dove due individui dall’aria poco rassicurante hanno richiesto il pagamento in contanti, senza registrare la mia presenza né fornire ricevuta. Il monolocale era in condizioni disastrose: sporco, con un odore nauseante e presenza di muffa. Inoltre, l’ambiente era caotico, con persone che entravano e uscivano liberamente a tutte le ore, senza alcun controllo. Una situazione molto lontana dagli standard di Booking .

  Nulla. Mi è parsa una vera truffa. Il check in è stato fatto senza alcuna registrazione da una coppia che ci ha dato appu6in una stanza al 4* piano. Hanno preteso denaro in contanti senza rilasciare ricevuta.
  
  What could be improved: Sono estremamente deluso e insoddisfatto del soggiorno presso questo hotel. Nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata effettuata tramite Booking.lZero rofessionalità e rispetto delle norme di base:
  1. *Mancanza di ricevuta richieste, lalcuna e pagamento in contanti con metodi che mi sono sembrati poco trasparenti e "loschi".
  2.La camera, soprattutto il bagno, era incondizioni igieniche inaccettabili.
  3.Sicurezza e controllo assenti C'era un viavai continuo.
  Totale mancanza di rispetto per le norme di Booking (hanno pagamento in contanti senza ricevuta), carenze igieniche inaccettabili (sporcizia, odore di sigaretta, muffa), assenza di controllo . Non consiglio a nessuno di soggiornare qui.
  dovrebbe prendere in considerazione questi gravi problemi e adottare misure adeguate per garantire che gli hotel affiliati rispettino gli standard minimi di servizio e sicurezza.
