But from here, you genuinely get a nice stretch of the Georgian coastline, especially if you snag one of the higher floors.

What really struck me was how the place manages to feel both local and comfortable for visitors. The building has that slightly worn Soviet-era charm that’s everywhere in Batumi, but inside it’s been updated thoughtfully – not over-renovated to the point where it loses character, you know? The floors have this satisfying solid feel under your feet, and there’s actually decent soundproofing, which is rare around here. I stayed during late summer when the city was absolutely packed, and I could still get proper sleep. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no endless paperwork or confused looks when I showed up with my booking confirmation.

Honestly, the location is what sealed it for me. You’re maybe a ten-minute walk from the main attractions, but you’re also in a neighborhood where actual Georgians live and work. There’s a little bakery just down the street that opens ridiculously early and smells incredible, and you’ll find yourself sharing the sidewalk with locals heading to work rather than just other tourists. The apartment comes with a decent kitchenette, which I actually used – grabbed some fresh produce from the market near the port and cooked a few meals while watching the sunset over the water. Those are the moments that make a trip memorable, you know? It’s not luxury in the traditional sense, but it’s got something better – it feels authentic and unforced, like you’re getting a genuine slice of what living in this corner of Georgia might actually be like.

  Апартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию. Расположение супер! Очень хороший вид из окна! Три балкона. Отдыхали вшестером, места хватило всем. Чисто. На кухне все есть. Очень понравилось. Лифты работали идеально. Спасибо!!!

  Удобное место. Рядом ТЦ, море, магазины. Вид отличный. С детьми супер-удобная квартира. Абсолютно всё, что нужно – есть. Даже утюг с доской. Квартира соответствует фото.

  Просторная двухэтажная квартира с видом на море. Три лоджии, два санузла. В подъезде 4 лифта. Рядом пляж. Много кафе и магазинов. До исторического центра пешком далековато (3 км), но можно прогуляться или взять такси (4-9 лари).
  
  What could be improved: Улица перед домом очень шумная (много транспорта), поэтому на ночь закрывали окна.
  Требует ремонта перила: лестница достаточно крутая, при этом шар на верхней балясине не закреплен, а за него хочется взяться.

  Не в первый раз останавливались в Батуми в апартаментах, но этот вариант превзошел все! Очень продуманная планировка. Радуют раздельные кондиционеры и санузлы на каждый этаж. Очень удобно! Кухня отлично оборудована хорошей качественной техникой. При желании можно самостоятельно готовить любые блюда. Понравились ортопедические матрасы – наши спины сказали спасибо. Сергей был всегда на связи. Если возникали вопросы – все решал оперативно. В такие апартаменты и к таким людям хотелось бы приехать еще не раз
