Walking into this four-star apartment-style place on Parnavaz Mepe Street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – I mean, it’s tucked away in a regular residential building, flat 47 to be exact. But stepping inside completely shifted my perspective on what accommodation in Batumi could actually offer.

The space feels like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place rather than some sterile hotel room. Everything’s thoughtfully arranged, from the kitchen setup (which actually has everything you need, not just the bare minimum) to the way natural light floods through those big windows. I spent a good chunk of my mornings just sitting there with coffee, watching the neighborhood come to life below. The location on Parnavaz Mepe Street puts you right in the thick of things without the constant tourist chaos – you’re close enough to walk to the main attractions, but far enough that you can actually get some decent sleep at night. I never had issues with street noise, which honestly surprised me given how central it is.

What really impressed me was the attention to details that most places completely overlook. The Wi-Fi actually works properly (I was working remotely part of my stay), there’s proper storage space for longer visits, and the bathroom setup is genuinely well-designed – not cramped like so many European city accommodations. The building itself might look pretty standard from the outside, but don’t let that fool you. Getting that 9.8 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed there. The host clearly gets what travelers actually need versus what hotels think we want. I mean, having a proper kitchen meant I could grab fresh produce from the local markets and cook some meals – something you miss when you’re stuck with hotel restaurants every night. Plus, being in a real residential area, you get glimpses of actual Georgian daily life, not just the tourist-facing side of Batumi. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can, and I’m already thinking about booking it again for my next trip to the region.

  Очень хорошие апартаменты. Расположена в обычном жилом доме на 4 этаже. Хозяева Акаки и Нана очень положительные люди, по приезду хозяин встретил нас около дома, помог подняться в квартиру, все объяснил, показал, всегда был на связи. Живут они в соседней квартире, но за все время проживания мы ни разу их не видели. Квартира чистая, светлая, в ней все есть для комфортного проживания (кондиционер, стиральная машина, телевизор, хороший интернет через Wi-fi, полноценная кухня с плитой и комплектом посуды, СВЧ печь, холодильник и т.д.). Есть балкон на котором хорошо сидеть по вечерам. Расположение дома отличное, практически в центре старого Батуми, все рядом (озеро с зоопарком, набережная и т.д.), вокруг куча кафе и магазинов на любой вкус и кошелек.

  Квартира просторная, чистая, все для проживания представлено (шампуни, тапочки, посуда, белье, полотенца, даже порошок для стирки). Рядом все необходимое есть: магазины, остановки транспорта, кафе, аптеки. До моря 10-15 мин. Спасибо большое за отдых!

  Big and clear apartment. It has everything required for a vacation. Don't be afraid of the 'strange' check-in and check-out hours. It is really from 00:00 to 00:00 (the host leaves a day between visitors). We personally checked in at 08:00 am and checked out at 2:30 pm without any extra fees. Very convenient.
  Good location, not far from the beach. There are restaurants and groceries nearby.
  
  What could be improved: There are no cons for this price, really.
  
  Be prepared for:
  
  One room without a window (but it is well-ventilated).
  Another room that is not very well-ventilated, and the air conditioner doesn't fully reach it (but it is OK to sleep here).
  The first floor in the building has stairs (with 10 steps), so it is not very convenient if you have a stroller.
