The location is actually brilliant if you know Batumi at all. You’re tucked away from the main tourist chaos on Rustaveli Avenue, but still close enough that you can walk to the beach in maybe ten minutes – and I mean the good part of the beach, not the overcrowded strip where everyone dumps their towels. The sea views they promise? They’re real, though you’ll want to snag one of the higher floors if possible. From my room, I could see the Black Sea stretching out toward Turkey, and honestly, watching the cargo ships drift by in the early morning with my coffee became this unexpectedly peaceful ritual.

What really got me was how the staff treats you more like a neighbor than a customer. The woman at reception (I think her name was Nino) remembered my coffee preference after day two and would actually give me heads up about when the hot water might be spotty – which, let’s face it, is the kind of insider info you need in Georgia. The apartments themselves are clean and surprisingly spacious, with little touches that show someone actually thought about what travelers need. Like, there’s enough counter space in the kitchenette to actually prep food, and the WiFi reaches every corner (tested it extensively during some rainy afternoons). The beds are firm but comfortable, and the air conditioning works without sounding like a helicopter landing on the roof.

I spent a lot of evenings on the small balcony just listening to the sounds drift up from the neighborhood – kids playing football in the courtyard below, the distant hum of traffic from the boulevard, that particular Georgian mix of languages floating up from the street. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re living in Batumi rather than just passing through. The only thing I’d warn you about is that parking can get tight, especially during summer when half of Tbilisi seems to descend on the coast, but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient.

  The collection of the keys are clear and simple. City and beach view from the apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean. Nice kitchen. Not noisy even though it is next to the main road. Comfortable beds. The lightings in the apartment is modern. Parking is provided, but sometimes difficult to find a spot. Great stay.
  
  What could be improved: Smell of the bathroom is sometimes not good. Sometimes the water in the shower becomes weak.

  Жильё просто чудо! Хозяйка прекрасная женщина, всегда на связи, моментально отвечала на вопросы и решала возникшие проблемы.
  Квартира чистая, есть абсолютно всё для жизни, даже кофемашина, что для съемного жилья редкость. Боковой вид на море и набережную, рядом торговые, центры, в дома продуктовый магазин, аптека, на территории есть парковка.

  Отдыхали с семьёй в феврале,Хочу сказать что все было более чем хорошо.В квартире есть все необходимое,порадовала чистота,все находится в шаговой доступности, аптеки,магазины,огромный торговый центр,набережная.И очень хорошие и отзывчивые хозяева..Если буду ещё в Батуми то только к ним!Рекомендую от души.

  Квартира в новом комплексе, с новым ремонтом, со всей необходимой бытовой техникой премиального сегмента, посудой и бытовой химией. Очень чисто и опрятно. Рядом магазины, Аптека, обменники.
  
  What could be improved: Рядом стройка. Хотя, это временная проблема всего развивающегося Батуми.
