I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Happy apartments, I wasn’t expecting much. But this three-star place on Pirosmani Street really surprised me in the best way possible. You know what struck me first? The view from the 25th floor. I mean, when you’re that high up in Batumi, the whole Black Sea coast spreads out below you like someone painted it just for your window. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel – there’s actually a full kitchen (which honestly saved me a fortune since Batumi restaurants can add up), and the space is way more generous than most places in this price range.

The location on Pirosmani Street is actually pretty smart if you know the area. You’re close enough to the action that you can walk to the boulevard and all those dancing fountains tourists love, but far enough from the main drag that you won’t hear drunk Russians singing at 2 AM – trust me, that’s a real thing during summer season. The building itself is one of those newer high-rises that’s been popping up all over Batumi, so everything feels fresh and modern. Getting to apartment 379 in corpus D involves a bit of elevator navigation (there are multiple entrances, which confused me the first day), but once you figure it out, it’s fine.

What really won me over was the practical stuff that matters when you’re actually living somewhere for more than a night or two. The Wi-Fi actually works – I was doing video calls back home without any drama. The air conditioning kept up with Batumi’s sticky summer heat, and there’s a washing machine, which is clutch if you’re traveling light or staying longer. The kitchen has real plates and glasses, not those flimsy hotel substitutes. I made coffee there every morning and honestly preferred it to starting my day hunting for an open café. The bathroom’s got good water pressure too, which you can’t always count on in Georgia.

Look, it’s not perfect – the furniture is that modern IKEA-style stuff that looks nice but feels a bit temporary, and sometimes the elevator gets crowded during peak hours when everyone’s coming and going. But for what you pay, especially with that 8.9 rating from other travelers, it delivers exactly what it promises. If you want to experience Batumi more like a local than a tourist passing through, staying in an actual apartment building where Georgian families live gives you a completely different perspective on the city. Plus, you can grab fresh khachapuri from the bakery downstairs and eat it on your balcony while watching cargo ships drift across the horizon – honestly, that became my favorite part of each day there.

  Великолепное расположение: рядом с береговой линией, 25-й этаж – город как на ладони. В квартире всё очень чисто. Есть буквально всё: печка, комфорки, посуда, стиральная машина, посудомойка, фен, утюг. Всё в идеальном состоянии. Квартира стильно сделана и стильно обставлена. В салоне огромное окно до пола. Есть балкон.
  Множество самых разных магазинов поблизости.
  Хозяева – агенство по недвижимости – всегда на связи. Мы им очень благодарны за гостеприимство.
  Однозначно рекомендую!

  Апартаменты добротные, много техники высокого качества. Например, стиральная машина с режимом сушки. Кондиционеры работали бесшумно. Ассортимент посуды не самый большой, но вполне достаточный. Не нашли только турку, но вполне возможно, персонал решил бы эту проблемы, если бы мы попросили, но мы обошлись. Девочки отвечают максимально оперативно и вежливо. Встретили, проводили, всё объяснили, всегда были на связи.
  Кровать шикарная, равно как и бельё.
  
  Курьёз произошёл со светом. Мы весь день гуляли, а когда вернулись домой, район в кромешной тьме. Произошла авария. Всё бы ничего, но чтобы подняться домой, нужно пройти 25 этажей)) как оказалось, это совсем не сложно. Теперь у нас появилось личное достижение в восхождениях.
  
  В окрестностях очень и очень много магазинов, где можно купить готовую еду. Пожалуй, это главное преимущество перед старой частью города. Но вместе с тем и более шумно, много стройки, это нужно учитывать. Пляж очень близко, через дорогу.

  everything was perfect for family staying, perfect view from 25-th floor, all the shops are meters away, there is a VIP barbers where my kids did haircut which was a highlight of the stay.
