The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, and whoever decorated it has good taste – nothing fancy, but everything works and feels comfortable. The kitchen actually has proper cookware (not those flimsy tourist rental pans), which was great since I grabbed some fresh khachapuri from the bakery down the street one morning. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which honestly can be hit-or-miss in this part of Georgia. What really impressed me was how clean everything was – I’ve stayed in expensive hotels that weren’t this spotless.

The neighborhood vibe is what makes this place special, though. You’ll hear Georgian conversations drifting from balconies in the evenings, and there’s this little convenience store literally two doors down where the owner started recognizing me after day two. It’s about a fifteen-minute stroll to the main tourist strip along the Black Sea, but you’re far enough away that you won’t deal with the crowds and noise that can get overwhelming near the casino area. Parking was surprisingly easy too – there’s street parking right outside, and I never had trouble finding a spot even during the busier weekend evenings. The building itself is well-maintained, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no complicated key card systems or confusing instructions, just a simple process that got me settled quickly. Honestly, with that 9.8 rating, I can see why people keep coming back here. It’s one of those places where you feel like you’re actually living in Batumi for a few days rather than just passing through as a tourist.

  Die Wohnung ist im 6. Stock, also hört man die Stadtgeräusche nicht zu sehr.
  Die Lage (Einkauf, Strand, Verkehrsanschluss etc.) ist praktisch.
  Irina war sehr nett, auch wenn es ohne Englisch gehen musste 😉
  
  What could be improved: Ein paar kleine Dinge: Das Bett knarzt auf einer Seite.
  Es gab in der Küche nur Messer zum Kochen, nicht als Besteck.
  
  Die Schlüsselübergabe war kompliziert: Ans Telefon ging keiner ran, wir mussten einen Einwohner bitten, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Wie hätten wir den Schlüssel bekommen sollen? Unten sind keine Klingeln zu den Wohnungen.
  
  Oben in der Wohnung war zur Einführung ein Mann dabei, der am Fenster eine Zigarette rauchte (Wohnung gelabelt als Nichtraucherzimmer?) Es war aber kein schlimmer Geruch in der Wohnung.

  Очень понравилась хозяйка. Все показала, рассказала. В квартире все для проживания есть. Квартира идеальная для семьи. Были с маленькими детьми. До моря ходили пешком. Рядом маркет, кафе, все что нужно.

  Понравилось местоположение, зимой было очень жарко, с водой никаких проблем, удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье. Хозяева очень гостеприимно встретили!
