I’ll be honest, when I first walked up to Green Cape Tower, I wasn’t expecting much from this three-star place tucked away on Tbilisi Street in the Mtsvane Kontskhi area. But you know what? Sometimes the unassuming spots end up being the real gems, and this turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special in Batumi.

The location is actually pretty clever – you’re in this quiet residential pocket that feels authentically Georgian, but you can still walk to the main tourist areas without too much hassle. What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed genuinely happy to see guests, not just going through the motions like you get at some of the flashier hotels closer to the boulevard. The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but everything works properly (which, honestly, isn’t always a given at this price point). The beds are surprisingly good – I slept really well, and the windows actually block out street noise, which is something you definitely want to check for in Batumi since the city can get pretty lively at night.

Here’s what really won me over though: the little details that show someone actually cares about this place. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building, there’s always hot water (trust me, ask any traveler about Soviet-era plumbing stories), and they keep the common areas spotless. I mean, you’re not going to confuse this with a luxury resort, but for what you pay, it’s honestly impressive. The neighborhood itself is interesting too – you’ve got local shops and cafes where you’ll hear more Georgian than English, which gives you a better feel for how people actually live here beyond the tourist bubble. Plus, if you’re the type who likes morning walks, the streets around here are perfect for exploring before the day gets too hot. The 9.1 rating this place has earned makes total sense once you spend a night or two there – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well.

  Modern and cozy room with free and private parking. I booked this room before returning to my country. Close to the airport (15 minutes by car) . Great place with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Tbilisi.

  The place is clean. Breakfast and food is super. The hosts are very nice. The place is over looking. Near botanical garden. If you are looking for green place out of the city. This is the best. Hotel has restaurant where you can order food.
  
  What could be improved: The place is far, market and groceries not accessible. Hard for bolt drivers to find the place but the kind hosts are always there to help.

  The view is amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Botanical Garden. The bed was comfortable.

  The place was very clean. The breakfast was very delicous. Beds was in a good condition. It is not luxury hotel but comfortablr and clean.
  The hotel located in nature of Batumi and far from the city noise with a nice view.
  
  What could be improved: It was a little bit hard to find the place from google map, we had to ask host about the address and we found it after a few time. It is better to have a personal car to reach there.

  The main feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the beautiful view. We had a room with a cliff view of the city and the sea, and we were amazed by the scenery. Hotel located in the very quiet place about 10 minutes walk from one of the entrance to the Botanical garden and the buss stop. About 20 minutes on the taxi from the very center of the city.
  
  Wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. Great breakfast, clean room and territory also leave very positive impression.
  
  What could be improved: I can't remember any major drawbacks of this hotel. Just keep in mind, that there is not any shop nearby (I suppose) and you should bring anything with you when go from the city, and some taxi drivers can find the entrance to thence not from the first time.

  Comfortable and clean room. Fantastic view and delicious breakfast. Free parking space. In order to reach the hotel, you must have a car, or take a taxi. There's also a bus station near the hotel. I recommend it.
