You know what caught me off guard about Villa Feel Georgia? I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the name – it sounds a bit generic, right? But this four-star gem tucked away on Davit Kakabadze street completely changed my mind about Batumi. The location is actually perfect if you want to experience the real city without being stuck in the touristy seafront chaos.

The first thing that hits you when you walk in is how thoughtfully everything’s been put together. I mean, it’s not trying to be some flashy resort – instead, it feels like someone who actually understands hospitality designed this place. The rooms have this clean, modern vibe but with enough Georgian touches that you remember where you are. What really impressed me was the attention to detail – proper blackout curtains (trust me, summer mornings in Batumi start early), decent water pressure, and air conditioning that actually works when you need it most. The staff genuinely seems to care too, which you can’t always count on. They helped me figure out the best route to the botanical garden without trying to sell me an overpriced tour.

Here’s what I loved most though – the neighborhood itself. You’re close enough to walk to the main attractions, but Kakabadze street is residential enough that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down that locals actually go to, and honestly, their khachapuri beats anything you’ll find near the seaside restaurants. The hotel sits in what feels like Batumi’s sweet spot – you can reach the beach in about fifteen minutes on foot, but you’re also near some of the city’s better authentic restaurants that most visitors never discover. Parking isn’t a nightmare either, which anyone who’s driven in Georgian cities will appreciate. I stayed there in late September, and while the summer crowds were thinning out, the weather was still perfect for exploring. The whole experience just felt… well, comfortable in a way that made me want to extend my stay. It’s the kind of place where you actually sleep well and wake up excited to explore, rather than spending half your energy dealing with hotel frustrations.

  To start with the location, it is so convenient as it is close to the city centre and coastline as well. The villa itself is really very comfortable, equipped with every necessary devices. Atmosphere is cozy and peaceful. We were impressed by the garden and pool as well. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. This place gave us unforgettable feelings and made our vacation more enjoyable, so we will definitely come back…

  Everything was wonderfull and it lived up to my expectations so much. Reception cheking in was easy, staff was super friendly and supportive. location was excellent. Room was shine and 100% clean and comfortable, siutable for my small family.

  The place is very good. very friendly family. their hospitality was special to us. breakfast and dinner were very tasty. we liked their wine, it was very tasty. the cottage was newly built and all the amenities were in perfect condition.
  Also, there was a very clean and comfortable swimming pool. The yard is also very well arranged and the guest staying in the cottage can also plan an event.
