I’ll be honest – when I first heard about DREAMLAND HOTEL – Orbi City, I was a bit skeptical about the name. I mean, “Dreamland” sounds like something you’d see in a cheesy movie, you know? But walking into this place on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street actually made me eat my words pretty quickly. The lobby hits you with this warm, sophisticated vibe that’s definitely earned its five-star reputation, and you can immediately tell they’ve put serious thought into every detail.

What really got me though was how perfectly positioned it is in Batumi. You’re literally steps away from all the action in Orbi City – which, if you haven’t been, is this incredible mixed-use development that’s become the heart of modern Batumi. I spent most evenings just wandering between the shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment spots without ever needing to call a taxi. The staff actually told me (and this seems to be true) that you can access everything from the hotel without even stepping onto the main street if the weather’s bad. There’s this whole connected walkway system that honestly feels a bit futuristic.

The rooms themselves – well, they’re spacious in a way that surprised me. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels that promise luxury but then squeeze you into these tiny boxes, but here you actually have room to spread out your stuff and not feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. The soundproofing is solid too, which matters because Orbi City can get pretty lively, especially on weekends. I was on the seventh floor and barely heard any street noise, even with the windows open to catch that Black Sea breeze. Speaking of which – if you can swing it, definitely request a room with a sea view. The sunrise over the water is something else, and honestly, it’s worth the extra cost. The 8.4 rating this place gets makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not perfect (the WiFi can be spotty in some corners, and room service takes forever during peak hours), but the overall experience really delivers on what you’d expect from a high-end place in Batumi. Plus, the location means you’re never more than a five-minute walk from incredible Georgian food, late-night entertainment, or just a quiet spot to watch the waves roll in.

  Было чисто и уюутно, с красивым видом, все новое. К самому номеру притензий нет, реккомендую если выбирите Батуми. А вот город не понравился, грязные улицы недостроенные , грязное море , сервис в городе ужастный везде, город на любителя мягко говоря,,,
  
  What could be improved: Сам ordbi city там было очень многолюдно, иногда нужно было долго ждать лифта, около входа в блоки здания было припарковано много машин, складивалась ощущение что выходишь на автостаянку, хотя такая проблемя была около каждой новосторйки, В самом отеле во время проживания не убирались. И имейте введу что перед заселением вам придеться оставить страховой залог 50gel , которое вам вернут только по оканчанию проживания если все будет впарядке в номере , об этом предупредили только после бронирования , чтобы до моря дойти нужно было перейти дорогу потом какой то пруд

  It's a fantastic place 'cause it's right on the beach. Alex, the manager, is amazing and really helpful. The room's got everything, and the ocean view is gorgeous. Just so you know, it's a massive place, like 70 flats on each floor with 45 floors. So, we're talking about over 3,000 flats in this hotel apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great except for the left, which sometimes takes up to 20 minutes. I don't blame the hotel, it's a developer issue. But you should know this if you book it. Also, they only clean the room from your 4th day, so if you stay less, you gotta clean it yourself.

  What truly made my experience stand out, though, was the General Manager. They were incredibly helpful, approachable, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. It’s rare to see a GM so hands-on and genuinely caring about the guests’ experience — and it absolutely made a difference.
