What I really appreciated was how the hotel sits within the Orbi complex, which sounds corporate but actually works in your favor. There’s this sort of mini-ecosystem happening there with restaurants and shops, so you don’t have to venture far if you’re feeling lazy (and trust me, after a day wandering around Batumi’s humid streets, lazy happens). The panoramic views they promise? Well, they’re there if you get the right room – I had a partial sea view that was honestly pretty spectacular at sunset, though some rooms face the courtyard which is… less inspiring.

The staff genuinely seems to care, which isn’t always a given with these larger properties. Check-in was smooth, and they actually knew the area well enough to give decent recommendations beyond the usual tourist traps. The rooms themselves feel properly luxurious – good linens, solid air conditioning (crucial in Batumi summers), and bathrooms that don’t make you miss home. I did notice some wear around the edges that you might not expect from a five-star property, but nothing deal-breaking. The breakfast spread was impressive, though it gets pretty crowded around 9 AM when all the tour groups descend. Pro tip: go early or wait until after 10:30. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – the complex has spaces but they fill up fast during peak season. The 7.4 rating makes sense to me because while everything works well and the location is genuinely great, it’s not going to blow your mind or anything. It’s the kind of place where you’ll sleep well, eat well, and have easy access to everything Batumi offers without any major headaches. For what you’re paying in this part of the world, that’s actually pretty solid value.

  I had an amazing weekend here with my friend! The hotel has such a lively yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for spending quality time together.

  A breakfast example: a tea bag, a coffee portion, sugar, bread, boiled egg, cheese, nuts, sliced cucumber and tomato, olives, nut paste, sausage. Not bad. The room looks clean, includes a kitchen with all the kitchen stuff. A bit of view on the sea and the mountains from the balcony. The location is near the main city traffic artery and the beach
  
  What could be improved: Had a double booking case which took some time to resolve. Prepare for the Orbi elevators: occasionally it may take 12 stops and 5 minutes to descend to the 1st floor.

  The price was good, the view was nice. Even though the view from the 37th floor is quite …. experience by itself. The bed is very comfy. The central location is good. Overall experience is fine for the money (off season).
  
  What could be improved: There was a slight smell from the toilet(sewer pipe).
  In general (not an issue of the apartment by itself!) one should know this. Getting to the room takes forever. The complex is massive. Waiting for the elevator is like waiting for the bus, 10 minutes. The room is quite well soundproof, you can't hear neighbors. Except doors, you can hear even the mouse running around and believe me, other guests don't give a crap about you sleeping at 3AM. The blinking lights of the hotel are nice until you want to sleep but they turn it off at some point. Parking is pure hell on the street.

  What could be improved: The address on Booking is not quite correct. The accommodation is located in Orbi City. So it was difficult to find it, but the host was easily accessible at all times.The shower could be descaled. The breakfast is very simple. You are woken up every morning because there is a knock on the door. Coffee is missing.
