This four-star spot on Loria Street turned out to be one of those hidden gems that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special in Batumi.

The location is actually pretty brilliant if you know the city at all. You’re close enough to hear the distant hum of the boulevard when the windows are open, but Loria Street itself is quiet – none of that late-night casino noise that can drive you crazy in some parts of town. I mean, you can walk to the beach in about ten minutes, maybe fifteen if you’re carrying beach gear and stopping for coffee. The mountain views they mention? They’re legit, especially from the higher floors. You get this nice backdrop of green hills that honestly makes the whole place feel less urban than it actually is.

What really sold me on this place was the kitchen situation. I know, I know – vacation cooking sounds like work, but hear me out. The kitchens are properly equipped, not just some mini-fridge and hot plate situation. There’s a decent-sized refrigerator, actual counter space, and real dishes. This matters more than you’d think when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights, or if you want to grab fresh produce from the local markets (the one near Europe Square has amazing tomatoes, by the way). Plus, Georgian wine is ridiculously cheap and good – having a proper place to store a few bottles and some local cheese makes evening wind-downs pretty perfect.

The design aesthetic is modern without being sterile, sort of that clean Scandinavian-influenced look but with enough personality to feel welcoming. The staff actually seems to care about the place, which you can tell from little things like how the common areas are maintained and how quickly they respond when you need something. I had an issue with the Wi-Fi on my second day, and they had someone up to fix it within an hour – no bureaucratic runaround.

One thing to know: this isn’t a party hotel, and honestly, that’s part of its charm. The clientele tends to be professionals, couples, maybe some families, so evenings are pretty calm. If you’re looking to rage until 4 AM, you’re probably in the wrong spot. But if you want a comfortable base for exploring Batumi’s botanical gardens, trying the restaurant scene, or just having a civilized place to decompress after walking around the old town, it works really well. The rating of 8.6 feels about right – it’s not luxury resort territory, but it’s solid, reliable, and thoughtfully run. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  The hotel is very clean with a thoughtfully designed interior, which added extra comfort. The staff is attentive, polite, and helpful. There is a store and restaurants nearby. The main attractions are within walking distance. If you prefer not to walk, you can use a taxi service like Bolt—prices are very affordable as of today.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast included in the offer can only be eaten in the apartments, and there is no choice. The staff does bring the breakfast, and it looks nice visually, but it's cold, and not everyone eats salad with semi-raw eggs. If this were improved, there would be nothing that would disappoint me here. 🙂
