What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – being on the third floor means you’re above most of the street noise, but you still get those cool Batumi breezes coming through the windows.

The rooms themselves are where the “chic” part really shows up. Someone clearly put actual thought into the design instead of just throwing generic hotel furniture together. The bathrooms are surprisingly spacious for this price range, and honestly, the water pressure is better than some fancier places I’ve stayed. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work – they helped me figure out the best marshrutka routes and gave me solid recommendations for khachapuri places that weren’t tourist traps. I stayed there during shoulder season in late spring, and the whole vibe was relaxed without feeling empty. There’s this little common area that’s perfect for planning your day over coffee, and they’ve got reliable Wi-Fi throughout (tested it myself since I had work calls to handle). The only minor thing is that the elevator can be a bit slow during busy check-in times, but honestly, three flights of stairs never killed anyone. For the quality you’re getting at this price point, plus that stellar 9.8 rating from other guests, it’s pretty clear why this place books up fast during summer season.

  Замечательная квартира, чистая, очень просторная со всеми удобствами. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Хозяйка апартаментов Лейла, приятная девушка, всегда на связи, подскажет во всех вопросах. Расположение квартиры очень удачное. Одна из Центральных улиц, где море первая линия и основные туристические места в шаговой доступности. Рядом супермаркеты, ларьки, аптеки, обмен валюты. Детям будет интересно посетить, находящийся поблизости зоопарк, дельфинарий, цирк, аттракционы. На бульваре есть мини птичий зоопарк, японский сад, можно взять велосипед напрокат, вечером полюбоваться танцующими фонтанами. Хочется обязательно вернуться в этот прекрасный город и в эти апартаменты. Рекомендую всем!

  Mükemmel konumda, Batum da gezebileceğiniz her yere yürüyebilirsiniz, Avrupa meydanına 1 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Evin içi çok temiz, mutfakta herşey var çok memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz.

  Шикарная квартира, все удобства: кружки, тарелки, кастрюльки, есть возможность приготовить еду, бытовая техника в полном составе. Расположение этой квартиры – отдельный восторг! Все места, до которых остальным приходилось ехать намеренно, находятя рядом, буквально в 5-10 минутах ходьбы. Ну и в общем комфортно, уютно, Лейла прекрасная и располагающая, будем скучать и ещё обязательно вернёмся!!

  Квартира расположена на главной улице в прекрасном доме, на 3 этаже, откуда очень красивый вид. Всё в шаговой доступности. Квартира прекрасно обдуманно расставлена. Очень чисто и аккуратно все.

  What could be improved: Если с вещами подниматься, не очень удобно открывать дверь, так как открывать на себя, но это не критично!

  Odlična lokacija. Prostran stan, čist, udoban. Vrlo gostoljubiva vlasnica koja nam je čak donijela kišobrane jer je padala kiša. Besplatan parking u okolnim ulicama. Blizina starog grada, obale, trgova.

  Любимый район города, всё близко – транспорт, море, бульвар, магазины.
  Квартира просто огромная для двоих, превзошла ожидания.
  Есть отопление, вся бытовая техника. Мебель отличная и ее много на выбор.

  Под окнами шумная улица Руставели, но окна хорошие, не мешает.
  Электрических розеток может не хватить, но хозяева разумно расположили удлинители.

  Отличные апартаменты в центре Батуми. Очень много места. Всё идеально чисто. Хозяйка апартаментов Лейла, ответила на все вопросы. Подсказала, как доехать на автобусе до аэропорта. Рекомендую всем!
