You’re literally a two-minute walk from those famous dancing fountains, and trust me, that matters more than you’d think. The fountain shows happen several times a day, and instead of fighting crowds for a good spot, you can just wander over whenever you hear the music starting up.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a typical hotel room. It’s got that lived-in comfort but everything actually works – the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, the shower has proper water pressure, and the kitchen is stocked with basics if you want to grab some fresh khachapuri from the local bakery and have breakfast on the balcony. The four-star rating feels about right; it’s not trying to be fancy, but the attention to detail is there. The owner clearly knows what travelers need because there are charging stations everywhere, good blackout curtains (essential when those fountains run late), and honestly, the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Batumi.

What I really love about this spot is how it sits right in that sweet spot between tourist central and actual neighborhood life. Walk one direction and you’re at the Boulevard with all the action – the Ferris wheel, beach bars, that whole scene. Walk the other way and you’re in residential Batumi where locals are hanging laundry and playing backgammon in courtyards. The street itself is quiet enough that you can sleep with windows open to catch the sea breeze, but you’re never more than five minutes from wherever you want to be. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – it’s that typical old city situation where spaces are sort of wherever you can find them – but most people are walking or taking taxis anyway. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra two nights because, well, why leave when you’ve found the perfect base camp? The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me; it’s not perfect, but it gets all the important stuff right and then some.

  It's in the center of the City where you can walk to the attractios. Batumi Mall , spar and lots of other supermarkets are close by. Host is very helpful. Nice view. Hallal restaurant are also near by. Money exchange and even a ATM are also close by. At all it's a good experience.
  
  What could be improved: The name is confusing. It should be written that it's on the backside of the Alliance Building. We searched for the sea view Apartment name and couldn't find it. The bed blanket was full of mold. That was really disgusting. No blanket cover. There was other light blanket in the cupboard.

  Very nice location and friendly and helpful host. Amazing view of the sea and sunrise in the morning! The apartment is well-equipped for both short and long stays. It was quiet and comfortable. Clean apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom drain was a bit smelly. But, as I understand, it is overall Batumi problem, not this place only.
  The air con was acting out but the host got it fixed promptly upon our request.

  What could be improved: Minus za nieprzyjemny zapach z klimatyzacji, nierozmrozona lodówke ponieważ nie dało się korzystać z zamrażalnika że względu na ilość lodu w środku. Drzwi do apartamentu nie zamykały się (nie blokowały się).

  Мы жили на 29 этаже. Апартаменты, которые превзошли наши ожидания. Квартира, которую сделали для комфортного проживания. Шикарный вид на море. При этом, теневая сторона. Можно встречать восходы и закаты. Но весь день солнце жарит на другой стороне здания. Есть кондиционер, кухня, стиральная машинка, чистый современный санузел. Большой балкон. Доброжелательная хозяйка Софио, которая всегда на связи.
  До заезда мы платили депозит, который был быстро возвращен, так как мы аккуратные жильцы.
  Резюме: квартира лучше, чем та, в которой мы живем на родине :). Всем рекомендую.

  Местоположение просто супер, рукой подать до набережки До последнего не знали, в каком красивом здании сняли апартаменты, были очень удивлены увидев. Было всё необходимое для короткого проживания. Вид из балкона на весь город просто «вау».
  
  What could be improved: Негде было хранить продукты, потому что холодильник вонял, заплесневел. Утюг разочаровал, древний. В спальне розетка с
  проводами торчит, а мы заселились с ребенком, которого не
  пускали в спальню из-за этого.

  Идеальное расположение. До моря 200 метров, до центра 500. Район небоскрёбов, в то же время людей не так много. В шаговой доступности магазины, рестораны, обмен валют и все, что нужно для жизни. Номер двухкомнатный, просторный, вид потрясающий, большой балкон. Ремонт свежий, в номере все есть и работает.
