You know what caught me off guard about Nukri’s Apartment? Walking up to this place on Inasaridze Street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – I mean, the name doesn’t exactly scream luxury hotel. But this four-star spot actually delivers something pretty special in the heart of Batumi.

The thing about staying here is that Nukri (yeah, there’s actually a real person behind the name) has managed to create something that feels like you’re crashing at a well-traveled friend’s place, except everything actually works perfectly. The apartment-style setup means you get way more space than your typical hotel room, and I’m talking about a proper living area where you can actually spread out after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen situation is solid too – not just some sad mini-fridge and kettle combo, but actual appliances you can use if you want to grab some khachapuri from the local bakery and have breakfast without dealing with hotel dining hours. The location is honestly pretty brilliant once you figure out the neighborhood. Inasaridze Street might not ring any bells if you’re new to Batumi, but you’re basically a ten-minute walk from the boulevard and the beach, yet far enough away that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos at all hours. I discovered this little Georgian wine bar just two blocks over that none of the guidebooks mention, and there’s a 24-hour convenience store right around the corner that saved me more than once.

What really impressed me was the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The Wi-Fi doesn’t mysteriously cut out every hour, the water pressure in the shower is surprisingly decent (trust me, this isn’t always a given in this part of the world), and the air conditioning actually keeps the place comfortable during those muggy summer nights when Batumi gets pretty sticky. The building itself has character without being run-down – you can tell it’s been recently updated but they kept some of the original architectural touches that give it personality. Parking was easier than I expected too, though I’d still recommend asking Nukri about the best spots when you check in. He’s got that local knowledge that can save you from circling the block for twenty minutes. Honestly, for the price point and the 7.7 rating it’s got, this place delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. It’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in town, but if you want a comfortable base with actual living space and a host who knows the city inside out, you could definitely do worse than Nukri’s setup here.

  Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Кондиционер один, но его хватает на всю квартиру. Хозяин даёт два комплекта ключей что удобно. С удовольствием вернёмся снова.

  Очень близко от моря. Хозяева отреагировали очень быстро, так как в предыдущем объекте отменили бронь и пришлось экстренно искать новое жилье.

  Заранее написал хозяину апартаментов, за 2 дня до вылета (указал время прилета и заезда в аппарты). По какой то причине номер телефона владельца на букинге был неверным, как оказалось ошиблись в последовательности и перепутали цифры (человеческий фактор). Приехали по адресу, списались через чат букинга, разобрались с номером телефона. Владелец апартаментов говорит на русском, что для нас большой плюс, заселились быстро. Квартира по сути 2х комнатная, + еще кухня-гостинная, классная лоджия, 8 этаж. Для семьи с детьми это очень удобный вариант, т.к. в каждой комнате 2х спальная кровать. В шаговой доступности пляж (5-8 мин), торговый центр Grand Moll, рядом комплекс Orbi City, по улице Иншаридзе много фруктовых лавок, минимаркетов. Вобщем отличный вариант для отдыха с семьей!

  What could be improved: 12-th floor and always crowded elevators.
  Unstable water pressure and therefore boiler switches on and off making your shower a contrast shower.
  The towels are way too worn out and could be fresher.

  все очень хорошо, Квартира полностью такая же как на фото. 2 отдельные спальни и гостиная Зона с кухней.
