I’m talking about sweeping vistas of the Black Sea that make you want to just stand there with your coffee for way too long in the morning. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, with these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light. What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to keep that homey apartment feel while still giving you proper hotel-level cleanliness and service. The kitchen setup is actually functional too – not just some sad mini-fridge and hot plate situation you sometimes get in these places.

Being right in the heart of Batumi, you’re basically a short walk from everything that matters. I could easily stroll down to the Boulevard for evening walks along the seaside, and all those great Georgian restaurants are within striking distance. The building itself has become something of a landmark – locals know exactly where you’re staying when you mention Dar Tower. Honestly, the 9-point-something rating this place gets makes total sense once you experience it. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything worked smoothly, which isn’t always a given with apartment-style accommodations. My only tiny complaint would be that the building can get a bit busy during peak tourist season – lots of elevator traffic – but that’s more of an observation than a real problem. If you’re the type who values having proper space to spread out while still being in the thick of everything Batumi has to offer, this place really delivers on that promise.

  Ein Lob und Dank an die Vermieterin und auch an ihre Schwester. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde umgehend freundlich und flexibel reagiert. Da ich öfter in Batumi bin, habe ich Vergleiche zu Orbi und anderen Apartments. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut und schnell, da man bereits auf mich wartete. Wer Batumi kennt, weiß, dass das nicht immer so gut abläuft. Die Wohnung ist durchdacht ausgestattet und hat auch einen Staubsauger. Die Situation am Lift war mit 3-8 Minuten erträglich, obwohl statt 4 nur 2 Lifts in Betrieb waren. Ich kann das Apartment und vor allem die Vermieterin empfehlen.
  
  What could be improved: Die Baustellen im Gebäude sind zwar ärgerlich und im Sommer unlogisch, aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts. Das Apartment daneben wurde offensichtlich renoviert und es gab am Tag einigen Lärm. Die Taxifahrer haben offensichtlich Schwierigkeiten mit der Adresse und halten häufig weiter entfernt als nötig.

  Famous stay for a very reasonable price in an amazing area of Batumi. The check in was facilitated well and the apartment was very well equipped. We recommend to anyone in the area! (The view was superb).

  Хозяин Мухран очень быстро и оперативно встретил нас! Дал свои рекомендации!
  Квартира шикарная, соответствует фото. Местоположение тоже крутое, до пляжа 10 минут. До центра можно добраться на такси за 10-15 минут.
  
  В самой квартире есть все удобства, и кондиционер, и стиральная машина.
  Во время нашего пребывания, проблем с лифтами и т.д. не было.
  В общем, рекомендуем!!!
